Kid-friendly vacation rentals in North Vancouver

We already miss this place! We loved waking up early in the morning to the view outside the bedroom, a feast for the eyes. Nature and tranquility surrounds this home. One could easily spend their days sitting on one of three decks taking it all in. Having the kayaks and paddle boards at our disposal allowed us to be a part of the activities on the water. And a soak in the hot tub was a much appreciated bonus! This is truly a home for an active lifestyle. With the climb up the nearly 70 steps to the street to the multiple daily walks to the business district in Deep Cove, you won't have to worry about making sure you get your exercise in. Thank you, John and Maria, for sharing your lovely home with us. It was a very special place for us to celebrate a milestone anniversary. We felt very spoiled by everything it offers and will definitely return again.

Andrew’s place was perfect for our 5 night stay. It had everything you could need and even has washer dryer which was brilliant Place was spotless and easy with the self check in. We arrived a bit early and Andrew managed to get the place ready early which was massively appreciated after a 10 hour flight The neighbourhood is beautiful and a nice separation from the busy places in the city. Walkable with a few inclines over to the lonsdale quay station. Place was easily found as well The bed was extremely comfy and the place is quiet at night so every night was a good sleep If we were to come to vancouver again we would definitely be looking for this place again

What a treat and a gift Matt and Yuchia’s home was! The space is cozy, extremely clean, immensely comfortable and the check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy to understand! We were so incredibly stoked to feel so at home and at peace in their lovely space! It was incredibly cozy and all of the added touches made it all the more inviting. I applaud this family for curating an epic space full of simplistic warmth and vibrance! Upon departure, they offered some wonderful recommendations on places to visit which rounded out our trip nicely. We loved this stay and the hosts! 10/10 hosts and 10/10 home!

Had a lovely stay with our family, we really enjoyed the spacious kitchen and dining area, the great view of the yard, and the parking spot. It was so nice to be able to walk to the Cleveland dam and the trails nearby. Everything was clean and ready, we would come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at tracys place! The area around is so nice to go for a hike, visit downtown vancouver, but also to go for all beaches. Tracy helped us a lot with figuring out, what we can do. Her passion as a host and her kindness were exexptionell. Highly recommend to book her place. We feel fortunate to have been able to stay in this North Van apartment. The space is roomy and comfortable and the house manual had some handy recommendations. Also, there is great coffee downstairs. The location is in a super nice neighbourhood community with Lonsdale St within easy walking distance. The host Brad is a very helpful and interesting guy. Highly recommended.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Great hosts - quick to respond, flexible check in and they gave us suggestions on things to see and do. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Everything was so thoughtful and cozy, from the soft bedding to the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The space was spotless, peaceful, and had everything I needed (and more). Communication was smooth and kind, and I felt totally at ease the whole time. I enjoyed this Airb&b because it had easy access to public transportation, if you wanted to travel around Vancouver whether that was in the North, West, Downtown, or a quick walk. Sylvia-Anne left a folder for us with clear instructions or if we needed anything, she provided food recommendations without me asking and I have to say Andrew’s was 10/10 locals only coffee shop. If I ever go to Vancouver again, I would stay here if there’s availability.

I booked Sandra and Rob’s place for my parents, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The location was perfect, right around the corner from me, in the heart of Kitsilano, with easy access to public transit and everything walkable. Sandra and Rob were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the start. They went above and beyond to make my parents feel at home, with thoughtful touches like granola and berry preserve waiting for them on arrival. They checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly, and it was clear they genuinely cared. My parents really enjoyed chatting with both Sandra and Rob! The suite itself was very comfortable, fully equipped with a kitchen, which made it great for a longer stay. By the end of the trip, my parents felt like honorary Kits residents!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in downtown Vancouver! The location is incredibly central; just a few minutes' walk from Robson Street; and the neighborhood felt safe and clean. The unit itself was pristine: spotless white linens and towels, gleaming surfaces, and sparkling clean throughout. I especially loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in every room that offered stunning views of the city skyline. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.

It’s a great place to stay. Nice and clean condo with keyless access! It was easy to find a spot to park right next to the condo. This place has everything you need for short and long stays. The host is very welcoming and replies quickly to the messages. Carmen proactively provided helpful information as well as an option to adjust check-in and check-out hours.

A really lovely spacious apartment in an absolutely great location. Walkable to shoppers, save on foods, shops, restaurants and so many other conveniences. Kathryn and Dana were very prompt in their responses and very clear in their instructions. The apartment was situated in a quiet beautiful neighborhood, was very clean, airy and full of light. A great place to base yourself in to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is so clean and comfortable. The host is super helpful providing tipis and instructions. Nice area to walk around for food and shopping. Easy to get around taking trains too. We love it!!

This was a great home base for our little group to explore Vancouver from! It's a short walk to Chinatown and to Gastown, and is centrally located for short drives to other places in the city we wanted to visit. The parking situation was also ideal, especially since we made the drive up in an electric vehicle and the parking spot provided has a level 2 charger! The only hiccups with this stay were the check-in instructions (if you don't see them in the app, just ask) and needing an extra towel, but Austin was communicative and helped resolve these quickly. In the summer, the unit may get a bit warm, but for us it worked out well.

One of the most convenient air bnbs we have ever stayed out. Was such a wonderful place to be so central in the city!
