Very comfortable, convenient, peaceful spot with easy access to the area.

My husband and I were visiting my son, daughter in law and their 5 month old baby who live in Heaton. My niece was with us from Canada so we wanted somewhere comfortable, with plenty to do and easy access to our son’s home. This property was the first one I looked at. It exceeded our expectations, we loved the location, parking pass provided for the weekend. Views from rooms front and back are spectacular. We especially liked walking into Tynemouth, such a lovely place with lots of cafes, restaurants and coffee shops plus independent shops which is always nice to see. As I stated before we all enjoyed the indoor market. We had a lovely weekend.

Nicely decorated apartment with everything we needed for our trip. The space was thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the essentials, making it very comfortable and convenient. The location was excellent, providing easy access to everything we needed. Friendly host too!

We enjoyed staying in Fiona & Gary's beautifully decorated well eqipped flat, and Gary helped us on arrival.The flat is just a few minutes walk to the historic centre of Bishop Auckland.

Great location and great host! It’s a lovely place to stay for a long weekend which was walking distance to the city. The flat had a modern style and well thought out layout for a small area. All appliances were so easy to use and really had everything you needed. The host was very responsive and even phoned to let me know about early check in if I wanted it.

This place is a gem and we can’t wait to go back! Where to start…. Firstly, Tee was a fantastic host who not only had brilliant communication but has clearly put his heart into the place. The apartment was finished to a high spec with beautiful facilities. Everything was modern and fresh. Brilliant kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedrooms! The place was immaculately clean! Comfortable beds with fresh, high quality linens. It also had extra touches, such as toiletries which made it more like a luxury hotel. The location is a cheap taxi ride into the centre or the bus is right outside the front door! You could also walk too. Parking is so easy and safe. The show stopper is definitely the hot tub!! It was perfectly hot and had a lovely private area to go with it. Not to mention a brilliant mural which provided the perfect back drop for our photos! We felt so lucky to get this place and started to plan our return on the way home. Definitely book, you won’t regret it! Thank you Tee!

Aleena was very helpful and accommodating as I changed the check in time twice. Place was very clean and easy to find. Worth the money I paid.

Third stay at Lady Rhoda! One of the best air b and bs we have ever stayed in. We stayed with our toddler and our baby. We were able to borrow the cot - a very good one too- and it was really easy to get the buggy inside! We have never had a problem with parking either and always manage to get the spot right outside! We will be back again! Thank you!

Very happy with our flat in Boldon. short walk to the big Asda and metro. Hope to return when next in this area.

Fab stay at Diane's place. Lovely apartment equipped with everything you could need for a holiday. Loved the location which is peaceful and close to the beach and nature, yet also a great base for exploring.

Perfect for our stay while visiting extended family! Great fit for a family of four with 2 under 10, even though it was only 3 of us this time. Spacious thought and kitchen facilities to allow easy cooking of anything. Nice easy walk to the beach or the lees. Will stay again when we’re up if available 👍🏻 Mandy was great with communication too.

Fintan's place is located in the attractive village of Ovingham and is very convenient for accessing places along the Tyne Valley as well as Hadrian's Wall. The bed and shower were both great and all essential needs are provided for.

Well equipped and very comfortable flat in a quiet area close to Jesmond Dene. The kitchen was well equipped and the provision of tea , coffee etc was really generous. We had a very comfortable stay.

From start to finish this place is home from home well worth the money spotless central for everything Julie and her husband are lovely people we will definitely be back next year

I enjoyed my stay at No.11 so much that I didn't want to leave! It was so comfortable and very charming. And dog friendly! I loved everything about it and would highly recommend staying here! iIt was well equipped and the location was perfect for exploring places east and west. Juliette responded to messages very quickly and in such a friendly manner. Terry was very helpful when we had questions about how something worked (still laughing!). And that bathroom! By far the best shower I have ever used in all the years I have been coming to England. I loved staying at No.11 and I hope to come back some day for a longer stay. Thank you Juliette! We had a great stay at Amy’s location. Absolutely loved the style of the flat, and everything was clean and in great condition. The location was great for us, we walked into the centre a few times and used Uber to get home, which cost around £5. Amy offered great recommendations. We loved the fireplace and made us feel right at home. We also made use of the games that were left. It was such a kind touch of the hosts to leave us some treats too, which were very much appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay, and would love to come back. Thank you so much, and Happy New Year 😊

John was very responsive and instructions were clear. The apartment is on the third floor(staircase only) of a beautiful sea frontage character building which overlooks the promenade and lighthouse. There is a lovely park next door which was a great early morning walk as well. Restaurants , bars all nearby but area very quiet during our stay. The apartment was well fitted out, great kitchen, and comfortable beds. Definitely recommend this stay

Jeans place was so lovely. Very responsive host and the apartment had everything you could ever need. Parking was fantastic and its location is ideal being a short distance away from the centre.

I had a wonderful experience in this penthouse with a sea view. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, and the view is absolutely stunning. The interior is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Ideal for relaxation, peace, and special moments. I would definitely come back!

Rod was a fantastic host, clear instructions and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and really spacious. The beds are super comfy and we all slept well. We had the best time staying in Shani’s place. Location couldn’t have been more perfect; really central, and since we were attending a concert whilst there, the venue was just around the corner. The apartment was spotless, and Shani was so helpful and provided us with some brilliant local recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely return.

Stayed at Gemma’s flat whilst visiting our sone at University. An absolutely lovely apartment in a great location. Exactly as described, immaculately clean, very comfortable beds and with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in Newcastle.
