Vacation rentals with a sauna in North Troms

It was a wonderful stay. The house is clean, organized and equipped with everything we needed. The host made sure and kept in mind all the little details for our comfort, bathroom has a full closet of extra fresh towels, extra toiletries etc kitchen was also equipped with every item we needed. Bodil and Elise are so sweet and helpful. Thank you both for the lovely stay.

Great friendly host in an incredible location. We found lots of peaceful areas nearby to walk in the snow. We rented but there are many easy ways to reach the town centre whether by foot or public transportation. Sauna was lovely and the apartment is even cleaner and nicer than the photos. Would recommend for a lovely cozy holiday! :)

We had a great time at the Airbnb, Torbjørn and his wife are really great hosts. It was a cozy place we always felt lucky to come back to.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in Tromsø und haben und bei Giæver sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war groß genug, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles war wie beschrieben da. Giæver hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und es hat alles super geklappt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden nochmal wiederkommen.

Nice apartment to explore both Tromsö and the surrounding. Well located to reach the airport with 20 min by bus or the other way Tromsö city centre. Bus station infront of the house. The apartment is very spacious one big sleeping room, one big living room, one kitchen unfortunately with window and the best a bathroom with sauna. The later is nice if you come home in the winter from Tromsö or after chasing northern lights at night! Might be even better in the future when repartition on the pool are finished. We enjoyed our 2 days and can really recommend it.

We had a lovely time in the apartment. It is very closed to the bus station and the sauna makes the whole place perfect. Definitely recommend!

Logement rénové très récemment, très propre et fonctionnel. L’appartement de plain pied à une jolie terrasse : il est intégré à une bâtisse plus importante qui a été divisée en trois. Très calme car un peu éloigné de la route principale (E6). Emplacement idéal juste en face du quai du ferry qui relie Olderdalen aux Lyngen situées en face (40 mn de traversée). C’est très pratique pour varier ses randonnées sur les deux massifs. Épicerie accessible à pied. Départ d’une randonnée importante (Gillaviri) depuis le village. Aksel et Nathalie habitent une maison voisine : ils sont très amicaux et serviables. Même si ils ne pratiquent pas eux mêmes le ski de randonnée, ils connaissent très bien le sujet et sont de bons conseils. Logement idéal pour deux, même si un couchage d’appoint est possible dans le salon.

Our stay with Said was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, he treated us like royalty. He went above and beyond by picking us up from the airport, taking us to the swimming complex, and even personally ensuring we had a seamless transition to our next apartment. 💚 Said’s hospitality was unmatched—warm, thoughtful, and always attentive. And let’s not forget the apartment itself: a toasty 30 degrees inside! 🏝️ ☀️ It made us momentarily forget we were in a northern country 😆😎 He made us feel completely at home and cared for every step of the way. Per is the best host ever❤️ He was super friendly and caring, and responded very quickly. All the suggestions he provided is really accurate and I had the best time in Trømso. The place is very cozy and clean with everything we needed. We can even see northern lights outside the room as well! Greatly recommended to everyone who is visiting Trømso.

Godt utstyrt, velholdt og flott leilighet. Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til skiheisene, veldig nært. I og med at dette var vår påskeferie, var det ekstra koselig at leiligheta var påskepyntet. Vertskapet svarte raskt og høflig. Supert opphold!

Excellent Séjour près de Kilpisjärvi, le logement était super pour 6 personnes. On y serait resté plus longtemps avec plaisir!

Tok 15 min m Taxi fra flyplassen. Lett og finne fram og bare 5min gange til sentrum . Flott beliggenhet og utsikt . Kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Arne was very helpful and efficient! The house was very clean and spacious, perfect for our hiking trip.

El alojamiento era segun lo descrito, muy limpio y espacioso, fue muy fácil llegar y acceder por nuestra cuenta, aunque no la usamos la sauna tiene muy buena pinta para relajarse un rato. Nos dejamos un cargador de movil y la amfitriona nos contactó enseguida, muy recomendable

House was nice, very spacious and well equipped. Close to the mountains. Perfect when travelling with snowmobile or want to go hiking.

We loved our stay at Bettina and Urs place! It’s beautiful and it’s spacious with such nice amenities (including the sauna and yoga room/with hammock, comfortable living room with big windows and a beautiful view). We were able to take the bus into the center of town within 15 minutes. It was quite accessible; though it was a bit slippery during snow season walking down to the main road, it was doable for us. The hosts were very responsive to any requests or needs. I definitely recommend this home!!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, super ausgestattet und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Jarl war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Incredible place to stay and ski. You can ski up a 4000ft mountain from the house, come back sauna and then cook dinner in the well stocked kitchen. A very cozy and comfortable place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lasse’s house. It was gorgeous and the surroundings were beautiful, we had alot of fun and would love to stay again.

Anders and Kari Anne’s place has everything you need for a perfect stay. From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. The house is beautifully designed, super comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Every little detail has been considered to make guests feel welcome and carefree — from laundry and dishwasher detergent to dry birch wood for the stove, and a well-stocked kitchen with spices, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and more. If you need to restock, the supermarket is just down the road. It’s the ideal setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday with friends.

We were 8 people staying in Heidi's house for a week, focused on active spending of time (skiing, skitouring, hiking, ...). It was a great time - thank you for that! The good: 1. The house is very spacious, very comfortable with 8 people. 2. The living room is just the best 3. The location of the house is very good, close to city and airport yet in nature. 4. Heidi was super responsive and kind There is some room for improvement: with this price point I would expect the kitchen equipment to be more complete (e.g., we had the feeling that there is not enough knives and they are blunt, pans are cheap and scratched, cork stuff to put hot pots on top missing...), the fireplace came without the fire iron - weird, there were no matches just an not working lighter... Also, the heating system in the house seems to be a bit insufficient: we were using the fireplace all the time - would be cool if wood was supplied. But all this can be improved. All in all we love the satay!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Bente genossen. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, der Blick durch das große Fenster ist großartig. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alle Utensilien die man benötigt. (Töpfe, Auflaufform, Gewürze, Handtücher etc.) Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes klappte super! Wir hatten sehr sehr viel Schnee, weshalb das spazieren nur mit Schneeschuhen möglich war. Die Einfahrt wurde aber regelmäßig von einem Nachbarn mit dem Traktor geräumt! Wir empfehlen definitiv ein Auto (am besten 4x4) um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen und die Gegend zu besichtigen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub und vielleicht bis nächstes Jahr!
