Just a little bigger than the beds. There is a water pump in the bathroom that makes some noise when you drain water. It is otherwise quiet. Bedroom 1 has 150cm bed and bedroom 2 has a 120cm bed. Since there's no street lights around, it's the perfect place to watch the Aurora and enjoy a relaxing private getaway in the Arctic. We live next door with our 5-year old son and cat.
