Monthly Rentals in North Sioux City

Our week-long stay was wonderful. The cottage is super comfortable and just like home, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Kris was very responsive to any questions we had, but we had complete privacy. We would love to stay there again.

I ended up enjoying this stay more than what I expected. I was in town for work and initially had other plans for the few days I was here, until mother nature decided differently. A small snow storm came through and plans changed a bit. I was still able to work remotely from the house. I loved the simplicity of the home. Very organized. Very clean. Quiet/peaceful neighborhood. And Alexa was very accommodating and thorough with instructions. The next time I come to town, this will be the first place I check availability for, as an option to stay.

Quiet Street, very comfortable and clean house. The garage was incredibly useful! Everything was exactly as I would expect for a much more expensive rental! I stayed here for almost a week and could not have been happier. I have family in town so I will definitely be back and will definitely stay here again!

Very neat and tidy place! Super cute! Had everything we needed to the smallest of details like q tips. The beds you can tell a VERY new so they were harder topped to sleep on. The host even left things we needed if we reached out to her such as trash bags and were left in the mailbox for us. The privacy and the cleanliness of this place was top tier! Thanks for a great stay and will def being using this host again.
