Clean and great location with lots of restaurants and easy access to downtown!

The room was very nice, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It is very close to many great restaurants and next door to the convention center. The host was very nice! Easy and quick to communicate/reply. Great value! The top floor pool/patio space was beautiful too!

Clean place and easy to find. Everything was as represented in the listing and the hosts shared important details in a timely manner.

Robert’s Airbnb was fantastic for our group of 5! The location was amazing for local restaurants, and the neighborhood was super walkable. He provided clear and detailed instructions, and we loved the fully stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!

One of our favorite places we've stayed with Air BnB. Really can't say enough good stuff about the experience. Jennifer was wonderful. She took some time to chat with us and suggested we ride on Antelope Island, which ended up being such a treasure. The house and especially the kitchen was thoughtfully set up for actual use so were able to cook, make coffee and tea etc. The yard was lovely with flowers and a veggie garden in the back. The location ended up being a block from my son's place, which was great, but I love The Avenues in SLC anyway-- quiet, good location, close to trails for hiking and mountain biking, good walking up and down those hills.

We had a great weekend in SLC! The stay made it even better. The amenities are amazing, very easy self check-in instructions, and the host is super great and fast at responding! The location was also very central. Would stay here again!

Great space. Very homey and interestingly decorated. Street parking was easy and plentiful. Was wonderful to have access to a washer/dryer. Very close to downtown.

This place was perfect! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great. The kitchen was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home—would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem in Bountiful Utah. BEST Airbnb on our trip! Neighborhood was Safe and quiet! Home was charming with alot of space to spread out after a long car ride! Backyard was AMAZING. Our 2 dogs ran and played endlessly. There were nice outside lights, a fire pit to sit around for roasting marshmallows and such. Lots of shade and privacy and VERY quiet. Bedrooms were all very nice with thoughtful BlackOut curtains! Many hosts forget this but it's SO helpful when Traveling! Kitchen well stocked wIth everything you might need. Michelle even left us some Goodies and bones for the pups. If we ever pass through Utah again, THIS Airbnb will be our place to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful Airbnb. Chau was super responsive and attentive! The home was clean, quiet and the layout was great for multiple guests where we weren't all over each other. The fenced backyard was clean and taken care of. The beds were comfy and it was quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. Couldn't have asked for anything more

Joel’s place was as described. Plenty of room for our family get together. It had all we needed to make family meals. There were plenty of TVs allowing everyone to game and watch movies as needed. Having three bathrooms is really nice and the backyard is a great space to hang out. We definitely recommend Joel‘s place.

Perfect for our recent trip

David is actually a super host! He went above and beyond before we even checked in when I asked about the location of the Red Butte Gardens distance from his home. Which, btw, is conveniently located if you’re ever going to an event or concert there. The house is historic and beautiful and in a very cute neighborhood! Very clean and thoughtfully decorated with lots of games too! The back porch is very nice and there is a hot tub. Parking was easy on the side of the house and we didn’t even realize there were other guests staying in the guest house and/or basement until we saw them leaving at the same time we were. The location was very convenient and we found some really cool stores and local restaurants to check out. Utah is beautiful and I would highly recommend David’s home. We had a minor remote issue which i thought might be dead batteries and he had is assistant drop of batteries for us immediately! 10/10 Thank you, David!

This is a truly wonderful property. It’s absolutely stunning. And there were very nice touches like a fancy coffee machine, complementary snack, snacks, and an absolutely beautiful garden, a nice place to sit and relax with beautiful flowers and lots of birds, which I love,. The location was very convenient to lots of restaurants and other things to do.

Carlos was such an accommodating host and we appreciated him so much. The place was so cute and cozy and was just right for what we needed.

Christie was an amazing host. Any questions I had she would respond in minutes. Great communication about an event and parking going on the day we came in as well. I would definitely stay again.

Love staying at The Retreat. Clean, quiet, convenient, and Barry is a fantastic host - very responsive. Close to everything we plan while in PC. Look forward to staying again.

Great home base and amenities. Right across the street from the delicious breakfast and coffee place Vosen's Bread Paradise too. Public transit is close by and everywhere we wanted to go was a ten minute or less Lyft ride away.

Jennifer’s place was a great location for us. Walkable to some great restaurants and convention center. Unfortunate the elevator was down with 2 young kids but we made it work! Floors and bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better and place needs a good dusting otherwise it was clean. Would recommend anyone staying here to bring their own sound machine! It is very noisy at night as mentioned. Never felt unsafe staying here, but there is quite a bit of homeless population in the area. Overall, we would stay again.

I love this place!! When I walk in it feels like I am home! So convenient to the train and convention center! I will always stay here!

So happy to have found this place. I was looking for a quick and close place next to our concert venue. Couldn't have chosen a better place to rest after the show. It was felt cozy yet spacious. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Rebecca gave us clear instructions on how to check-in. Came and left without any problems.

We had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth’s place. Very comfortable, clean space, and central to downtown. Would definitely return!
