Set in tranquil mature gardens & situated next to the owner's cottage & the historic Saxon village church with a lovely pub serving lunch and evening meals Tues- Sun a 5 minute walk away. We are 30 mins from Bicester Village, Silverstone, Stowe House, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House, The Ridgeway, The Chilterns, Ascott House & Bletchley Park.

Quaker Barn

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. Quaker Barn has inscriptions on the beams dating back to 1794. Modern comfort with all the culture, set in the grounds of our 500 year old house. Countryside walks that inspired Rex whistlers landscape paintings, he lived in the renowned Bolbec House here in Whitchurch with his family from 1933. Close by are remains of the motte and bailey Bolbec Castle, the castle stones are thought to have been used to build our delightful home.

The property is joined to the main house but has its own entrance at the front. With bedroom with kingsize bed, dining area and comfy armchair, shower room and modern kitchen the apartment overlooks the main house garden and mature trees and can be accessed by double doors .

A light, airy, ground-floor, single-storey studio apartment. There is a large kitchen and comfortable seating area, and a private patio / garden area. We are well situated for visiting Silverstone, Addington, Oxford, Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor, Stowe Gardens and Bletchley Park. Also good for working in Milton Keynes or Aylesbury and for trains into London and Birmingham. The apartment has disabled access and ample off-road parking. We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs.

The former outbuildings to Winslow’s Tythe barn have been converted to provide stylish and comfortable accommodation. Recently updated, the house is well appointed, with ample space to spread out and relax in the heart of Winslow. Dusty's Hook on the Wall is a modern purpose built ground floor annexe within our home. You will have your own front door and access to our garden if desired. Stewkley is in beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside close to the Bedfordshire border. It is in a peaceful road with many walks in the beautiful countryside but also very easy access to Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. We have 2 dogs who may visit if you choose to let them in!
