Beachfront vacation rentals in North Litchfield Beach

We liked our stay and will be back again to stay at denis's place it was close to the beach and he was very easy going and gave us all the info we needed to get in the unit and easy checkout instructions when we left we enjoyed out time at the beach this trip !

What a great place! Everything was as described. It was so nice to be able to have our dog join us on this vacation. The condo is in a very walkable location nearby coffee shops, restaurants and sidewalks even if you want to walk down N Ocean Blvd. Quick access to the beach from the condo. The oversize vehicle parking behind the parking garage is life saver since we had a Tahoe. It was great not to have to check in at the front desk and be able to go right up to the room and use the pin pad and not have to worry about having a keycard. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

We had an excellent stay in Jessica's condo. The place was exactly as described and our family of four fit well in there. The views were beautiful and the amenities were great! We would love to return sometime.

Great place to stay at, owner was quick to respond for any questions I had, and had other areas around the hotel that were pretty close!

John and Lissa were so responsive, kind, and accommodating. Their property is beautiful and within a short walking distance to the beach. I would recommend staying at this location.

My husband and I loved staying here. Very easy to access, clean and cozy. Great location (close to great restaurants) and the view is beautiful! It had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. We would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation / graduation trip at Stefanie’s beautiful condo. We had plenty of room and everything we needed without having to bring so much stuff with us. The porch was our favorite place to hang out with the absolute most beautiful views ever. It was wonderful to be able to walk a few short steps to our condo to the beach. Many memories made!! Also, everything was clean and beautiful. Stefanie checked on us frequently, and she was always super helpful and responsive! Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!

A DREAM beachfront vacation, especially for families with young children. The house is very clean. We had the pool heated for our stay- the pool is perfect for everyone in the family. Our children especially loved having the ability to enjoy themselves in the water on the tanning ledge. The master bedroom has the most beautiful view. The private beach access was great. We loved having our meals on the screened in porch. The charcoal grill was great for burgers & hotdogs for lunches and dinners. The 4 rocking chairs on the deck porch were relaxing for the morning cup of coffee or the evening cocktail. Plenty of parking. Pack & play available. I had happy tears arriving to this listing- it truly is a gem beachfront rental. It has everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation at the beach. There were even beach toys for the kids, lounge chairs and a beach umbrella. Kristen was VERY responsive. Thank you for offering such a beautiful vacation home for families to make memories

This place was amazing and the location was perfect for us. (Mom,Dad, son 24, daughter 22) Quiet , yet very easily assessable to entertainment/dining/and of course golf for our guys⛳️ Steven is very accommodating and always available if needed. I would not at all question this place if you are thinking of renting. Can’t beat that view! Thank you so much!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surfside Beach, SC! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had a peaceful, welcoming vibe. The breeze and ocean views were amazing, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our dog. The home was exactly as listed, with cozy linens, plenty of dish/laundry soap, and great amenities. We were there during the King Tide—no flooding and a cool experience. Minor note: a broom and ice would’ve been nice, but easy to manage. GPS may route you to a nearby public lot across the canal; future guests might appreciate delivery instructions in the welcome info. Overall, a fantastic, pet-friendly spot that we highly recommend. We’d gladly return!

We had a great stay and felt like it was a good location for everything from groceries and restaurants to quick golf cart or car ride to beach. Had a wonderful week with family and would definitely stay again!

Loved the condo!! the elevator on our side of building stopped working the day before we went home so we had to walk alot of steps to load up for departure. The people above us were very hard walkers and woke us up really early in the mornings and it was hard to find a place to park if you came back later at night but that's not the owners fault. other than that it was a great place and good loction.

We absolutely loved our stay! Jeff and Kelly were very accommodating and friendly. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. I would 100% recommend this rental! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay during our first family beach trip with our 7 month old. The beach was easy to access and the views were beautiful. The pool was clean and never crowded. Their was minimal noise from neighbors which made sleeping with an infant a lot easier. We will definitely stay again!

Barrett was a great host and the property was as described. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check-in was smooth. Location was wonderful - a block back from the beach a quick walk or drive to the pier. I would highly recommend adding the golf cart - we loved exploring the area in it and it was a big hit with the kids! I reached out a few times before the trip and Barrett and his team were very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests/questions. The pool was smaller than we expected, but it worked for our young children. There were also no toiletries provided, but I may have missed that in the property description. Overall we had a great experience and I would stay here again. Thanks Barrett!

Our stay at this beautiful beachfront property was everything we hoped for and more. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and beautifully designed for comfort. Everything we needed was right there—from beach chairs and towels to thoughtful little extras that made us feel truly welcome. Mary was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay, and it showed in every detail. Being just steps from the beach made every morning and evening feel magical. Whether we were lounging on the sand or enjoying a quiet coffee with the waves in the background, it was pure perfection. We can’t wait to come back. We were quite happy with Mary's place, and everything was clean and as described in the photos. She was also very responsive and helpful with the one or two questions we had. It is always nice to be on the Oceanfront of things and while the deck was a bit small, or would be for a family, it was all right for the two of us. We didn't know about "bike week", but around Thursday, we figured something was up as they rolled in and enjoyed going on the streets until early morning hours. It's the beach, so it's to be expected, I suppose, but nothing in Mary's control or ours. Some construction is taking place on the building, and the pool is currently out of commission. However, this issue will likely be addressed as the construction project comes to a close. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay and would stay there again. Thanks again for everything!

Really enjoyed the stay at this condominium. Generous supply of beach towels, towels, paper products, dishwashing detergent, washing detergent, seasonings, and bowl of snacks provided. Really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the view from the balcony, and the beach storage unit where we could place all of our beach gear.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Stocked is an understatement. All kinds of small details, very thoughtful. Extremely clean, especially for being beach front. Normally you’d run into rusty bathrooms etc. But this was not like that! Bath toys for the kids, quality shampoos and conditioners. Tampons, which is SO thoughtful for a beach trip. Decorated so classy and cozy. Samantha was extremely kind, and responded within minutes. We will hope she has us again, because we plan to never stay at another beach condo again now that we’ve found this one. Garden city has been our spot for over 50 years in our family. THIS was the BEST.

This was a well needed trip for the kids and I after a difficult loss. The home was the perfect retreat for the kids and I to get away and spend some time together enjoying the surroundings of Murrells Inlet. The beach was a 30 second walk away, never crowded and the water was incredible. The home itself was very comfortable, lots of spaces both inside and out for everyone to find their own time to relax and play. The kids would spend all day at the beach then fish during high tide on the backyard dock. The kitchen was well stocked and the dual fridge was awesome, lots of space for food and drinks. We couldn't say enough about how responsive Donald was to any and all questions I had prior to arrival, he was a great help throughout our booking. Overall the experience was really great, we would definitely come back to visit!

The property was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, loved the lighting, and felt incredibly comfortable. Elliott and Kylie were wonderful and responsive hosts, providing excellent communication by responding promptly to questions. My family and I especially appreciated the dock, screened in balcony, use of the golf cart, the overall comfort of the home, and my nieces enjoyed the sparkling water machine. Also, the convenience of local restaurants, grocery stores and a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend this listing for a truly memorable stay. We would definitely book again.
