Amazing stay from start to finish. This property has something to do for everyone, if you’re staying in or going for a walk you can’t be disappointed!

This was a wonderful stay, highly recommend to anyone. Although it’s in the hosts living premises, you have total privacy in the Elliott suite and the uninterrupted use of the pool and hot tub. The character in the Elliott suite is fabulous. There were loads of films available & also full access to smart tv Netflix etc. I felt so at home here & will absolutely come back! Lucy is lovely and a helpful host! Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!😍

I travel from greater Manchester, stay at Covenham Holiday Cottages. The place is stunning! Clean, friendly and accommodating which is why we return! My daughter is on the spectrum and cannot stand big, crowded hotel complexes. She absolutely loves the fact we get the use of the private pool here. We then head to Mabelthorpe or cleesethorpe for the day. The beach is clean, tidy and everyone is so friendly we absolutely love coming here. It’s amazing knowing your returning to your cottage and can go for stunning scenic walks with the dogs around the private paddocks, farm lanes or beautiful reservoir, It’s absolute bliss! Jason is a fantastic host and we are always made to feel welcome to return. Home tomorrow 😪 till next time, thanks so much Jason xx

Jeanette place was extremely clean the bed was very comfortable as I struggle with my back and knees the hot tub was easy to use and Jeanette came every day to make sure it was clean and to put the chemicals in I would highly recommend to people and I will be definitely booking again in the future ❤️

We had an amazing stay at Michael's Airbnb over the weekend, enjoying a perfect staycation! The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, accommodating all 11 of us with ease. It was ideal for families, with thoughtful amenities for kids, parents, and even babies. We loved the privacy the property provided—perfect for our karaoke sessions that lasted well into the night! The layout was perfect, with plenty of bathrooms for convenience, and two cozy living rooms that suited both adults and children. The kitchen was stunning—well-equipped and aesthetically pleasing. While the heated pool was a great feature, the rainy weather kept us indoors. Nonetheless, we still made use of the BBQ grill and hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Michael was an outstanding host—welcoming, generous, and friendly. He was responsive to our queries and prompt with replies. Overall, we had an unforgettable and fun experience!

Another amazing stay, 2nd time we've been and won't be the last. Jason's a fantastic host and nothing is too much trouble. My 2 autistic sons love it here and are always upset when we leave. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We weren't visiting for the most pleasant of reasons, but this place was a little sanctuary at a difficult time, and C7 Properties Management was very understanding and helpful.

I booked this property for my colleagues, all of which said it was clean and had everything they needed. The hosts were very helpful throughout the whole stay! Highly recommend

Repeat stay - great hosting as always. Will be nice to go for a walk round the park in the evenings now the days are getting longer.

we were visiting to surprise family who we have not seen in a very long time, we were able to check in early which was appreciated and communicated with the hose, the location was ideal for what we wanted, whole house was clean, tidy and comfortable only one thing we'd suggest is an extra comfy seat in the living room, we stayed as 4 adults and couldn't all fit comfortably on the sofa and chair. other than that it was perfect and will definitely be staying again in the future when we visit family again!

We highly recommend Abbots Retreat. It has been lovingly restored and has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen which was great, and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Rob and Ellie are very helpful and friendly hosts. Really enjoyed our stay.

The place was clean and well cared for. It was easy to find, and the check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. The host was very responsive and made the whole process smooth. Would definitely stay again!

A very lovely place. Very tidy, clean, spacious. Amy communicated perfectly to any questions we had. There’s a nice local field to walk your dog(s) and only a short distance to the shops. We stayed for my dogs’ competition nearby, so it was a lovely getaway and break for when we came back after a long day! As said above, lots of space & very tidy.
