Condo vacation rentals in North Lincolnshire

My husband Laurence is from Barnsley so we're quite regular visitors to see family and he was familiar with the apartment's location as the old Barnsley Permanent Building Society - you could not be more central with a great view of the Town Hall. The building has been sensitively restored into a majestic apartment block and the flat itself is lovely: tastefully decorated, well equipped, spotlessly clean with a really comfy bed and great towels. You can tell that David has put a lot of care and attention in making a genuine home from home so its perfect if you're staying for a flying visit like we were or a longer stay. It's in staggering distance of all the bars and restaurants and we absolutely loved it! Will definitely stay again.

A nice and convenient place to stay. Only a short walk from the train station and opposite a Tesco Extra. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Great host. Very responsive. Place was nice and cosy inside with lots of added things. Buck's Fizz too which was great!

We had an amazing time. The accommodation had literally everything you need or could want! Superb quality. Super comfy beds and all the little details were great. Communication was quick, friendly and efficient and couldn’t recommend more. Didn’t want to come home! So quiet all night and felt safe.

Stayed at this place for a month and it was a great location. You do need a car but I guess if you’re travelling in the area you need one anyway. Overall a great stay well worth it and was excellent for our family trip to the UK from Australia.

Stepan was a great host, always very helpful and communicative. He clearly takes pride in this apartment, everything was brand new and well maintained. The apartment itself is exactly as described, the shower is super powerful and the mattress really comfy. The only thing is, you can hear the neighbours coming and going in the hallway so pack some earplugs if this would bother you. The location is excellent, a one minute walk off the high street, 7 mins from train station with a few cute cafes nearby. I stayed for 9 weeks and was very happy.

I took my elderly father and my son to cleethorpes for a 3 night break. The ground floor apartment was ideal for my father, who has mobility problems. The apartment was nicely laid out, and immaculate upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, home from home. Tony was really helpful as we had a problem with returning the rented mobility scooter and he gave us reassurance that he will sort things. Also my father left his wallet and again Tony rang straight away. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tony

Great stay at Robert’s place, really close to restaurants and bars and easy to find. Parking was sorted easily as well, would recommend this place!

We had a lovely weekend, the perfect location to explore Louth which is a beautiful and friendly town. Peaceful walks from the doorstep. Guy’s place is very comfortable and has everything we needed, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended, thank you Guy and Julie

I was very pleased to find Andrew’s garden retreat in an ideal location for my visit to be near family. Quiet and cosy, with plenty of freedom allowed by the owners to come and go without disturbing each other. I would love to return another time.

a lovely place to stay, perfect for 1 person (though would fit two people). the host very kindly messaged prior to mention they supplied milk, butter + bread, noticed I was vegan and provided alternatives! there was tea + coffee provided, plus lots of seasonings and condiments in the cupboards should you need. comfortable bed, clean + tidy space and perfect for a 3 day trip. would definitely recommend :)

Lovely and very responsive host, great communication, which made checking in very easy. We stayed one night, it was exactly what we needed! Parking around the corner was suitable and the flat was easy to find. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful accommodation just right for two with everything we needed. Very new and modern bathroom - lovely big, fluffy towels - and a super king-size bed. Well-equipped kitchen, dining table and cosy lounge area made for perfect accommodation. Rachel’s instructions were very clear and she always responded immediately to queries, both online and by phone. The EV charger was a real bonus. Can heartily recommend the Milking Parlour and hope we might have the opportunity to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay for two weeks. Michelle was very friendly and helpful allowing us to check in early so we weren’t waiting with our suitcases and nowhere to go. The place itself is lovely - spacious but cozy, very clean, comfortable beds and plush towels. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Location is great. Just a few minutes walk to the local asda for groceries and a bus stop into town or the train station. Lots of parking if you drive. We had a great time and would definitely return again. Jodie did everything she could to ensure we had a great stay, which we did. The flat is as described and very central in Beverley. Having a private parking space is a real bonus in a town centre with no free parking nearby. Very comfortable accommodation and the shower was great with excellent water pressure! Great value for money for a solo or couple looking to explore the town for a few nights.

Quiet, private, comfortable, clean, with added little extra's that make all the difference when staying in an Air band B. Could not fault anything - best place to stay when in Gainsborough - Louise is a star .

This is a really comfortable apartment , and all the rooms far more spacious than the photos look. The kitchen was modern, immaculate and had everything there, I wish I had made greater use of it during our short break. The place is really quiet, bed huge and comfy with top class shower to follow. Off street parking was a bonus , although it didn't look an issue on the road outside anyway. Everything worked just as described by Martin and Michelle. The decor was nicely done too .

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The apartment was spotless and quiet. the surrounding pubs and restaurants were lovely too. The walk into the city center was nice aswell. Khateeb also was very active and responsive over messages when we needed to ask him questions. I would highly recommend this accommodation!! :)

Quiet, but 10 mins away from lovely spots to eat and drink in Kelham Island

Our stay was for one night as we were attending an event local to the accommodation. A 3 minute walk from the cheap online booking King William House car park and the gaff was there. A few flights of stairs to get to the room but that wasn’t an issue. The room got quite cool but there was plenty of heaters to use to warm it up. Kitten and bathroom was adequate although the heated towel rail didn’t work for some reason. Shampoo and shower gel was provided and ample loo roll. Decor is cosy and contemporary. You can hear some noise from the local club but we were aware of the surroundings so I brought some earplugs which helped. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing spacious apartment in the heart of Sheffield, yet hidden from the loudness of the streets. It is close to Crucible and other main attractions. The faŕct that you can park your car comfortably in private space is just a bonus on already great offering. I’ve stayed in a dozen other places nearby but this one is definitely the best value for your money.

Perfect home from home while training at Leeds East Airport. Accommodation was spotless and very homely. Private parking and gated car park at the accommodation was an added bonus. The property is very central with an easy drive into York and surrounding area. The owner was very responsive and helpful at all times. Would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book with Julie again.

Lovely apartment. Modern, well kitted out little apartment perfect for a short to medium stay. Comfortable and clean with excellent shower facilities, a modern comfortable bedroom, lounge area with big flat screen and large comfortable sofa and blankets. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls and cups including some core ingredients and condiments for cooking. Would use again. Great communication and help from the owners too.
