Great stay! The hot tub was lovely, really responsive over message! We had an issue with the sofa bed and the hosts came and sorted it and replaced the sofa. Amazing house, we had a fab time 🩷

The lodge is lovely with an amazing view over the lake, we sat in the hot tub watching the birds on the lake it was so peaceful. Great place to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with our family and dog. Immaculate home with a real homely feel. Great kitchen to cook in too.

We stayed here as a part of my partners birthday celebrations. This was our first time staying somewhere like this and the lodge was everything we could have wished for and more!! The check-in process was clear and easy. The lodge was well decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to have a great, relaxing weekend. The location was perfect, so beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was an obvious stand out for us, very warm and relaxing. Overall our stay was perfect and we could not fault our lodge and are already discussing coming back later in the year! We have also recommended to our families who are also interested.

We had a super time at Scott’s Kenwick Park Lodge (with grandparents and 6&8 year olds). The recommended activities were brilliant and the walk to the Royal Oak is a must do: amazing food and a gorgeous beer garden/play area. Scott was so helpful and responsive too. Thank you

What a lovely few days away by the lake in Andy’s lodge. We were visiting my family nearby and decided to stay here so we could bring our dog and make a holiday of it. He loved it, we loved it, and the family we were visiting could come to the lodge to relax with us. Beautiful sunrise, lake view, a dedicated field to let your dog off lead, a lake to get on a kayak or row boat at the end of the garden, 9 hole pitch and putt, tennis courts and dog blankets for the sofa, dog treats, food and water bowls for our dog and you can walk your dog on lead around the lake, The pictures don’t do the size of the lodge justice, really big living area and outside decking area with loads of furniture and a massive bbq we didn’t use this time. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks to Andy and his team for answering our questions so promptly. If you’re thinking about staying here, you’ll love it. My family did!

Our stay at the Snow Drop Pod was one to remember! Me and partner escaped for a peaceful weekend, and we were not disappointed! Beautifully placed within a woodland setting, with the sound of the birds and other wildlife providing a tranquility and calm that makes this place so unique. The pod itself was very clean, it included everything that we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. My partner loved watching the peacocks as they freely roamed around the site. Easily the best AirBnB I have stayed in, we will definitely be back!

A wonderful lodge, with lots of lovely homely features and within easy reach of the coast and the Lincolnshire Wolds. We would definitely recommend this lodge - it was the perfect base!

I stayed as I was meeting with people for a dog meet up, so I met with them for meals etc. Pete was there when I arrived, as I was early. He showed me around and informed me of the important bits, like the boiler. Angie popped round to check we were ok too. Everything you could need was there which was very thoughtful. It was clean and tidy. It was a perfect location, not far to drive to places locally. Lovely places to walk your dog if you have them. We had a lovely stay, everything we needed was available, the bottle of wine was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and relaxing on the very comfy sofas.

Stayed here as a last little holiday as a family of 3, and family members had stayed recently and I was not disappointed! Fantastic place, beautifully decorated and great communication with hosts before arrival! Would definitely stay again (and will be!)

Absolutely great cabin in great surroundings, warm, comfortable, spacious and welcoming. Didn't want to leave and would love to go again. Fantastic walks for the dogs on the doorstep and a choice of beaches a short drive away Highly recommend

Just home from a wonderful stay! Clear Instructions, beautiful decor, spotless.. The village is lovely and Martin the host was very responsive throughout with any information l may have needed prior to the stay.. Lots of added extras which was a lovely touch.. We had a great time at the Orchard Lodge. It was nice and quiet, very peaceful surroundings. The instructions to find the place were very clear and the hosts were really responsive as well.

We had a lovely two night stay at the Seasalt Cabin! We were actually up in the area visiting family and the cabin was the perfect place nearby. The pub is in walking distance and had a very friendly atmosphere - with a good pint of Guinness! We walked down to the beach which was a beautiful stretch of sand (despite the rain when we visited!) The cabin itself, had everything we needed and we particularly enjoyed the outside space! It’s has been done to a high standard and the bed was very comfy :) Thank you for the welcome basket with lots of thoughtful bits - it was a nice touch! We hope to return in the future when in the area again!

MYself and the wife visited this tranquil over the weekend just gone,what an absolute gem of a place and a credit to Jessica. we could not of wished for a more peaceful retreat to stay due it being our wedding anniversary, chocolates and prosecco on arrival for a small fee, kitchen area and shower facilities are better than some folk have in there houses and immaculate. thank you for ironing for me it was most appreciated🤣

We have just come back from our stay at The Nestbox what a hidden gem , lovely quirky little cosy place. Jade and Hannah have really made this place feel like home from home. Lovely touch with a basket of little extras - porridge and treats to tempt your taste buds, milk , coffee, tea and a selection of various herbal tea's. There is also a coffee pod machine . A selection of games to keep you occupied as well as the television. To be honest who needs a TV when you can sit and look out at the lovely garden and catch the sun setting with a nice beverage . It was so peaceful there , and it was nice to wake up to the birds singing . There is also a pub next door which does amazing pizza's and various other dishes , staff are very welcoming . The bed is very comfy , next door has a spotless bathroom . As we were leaving we had the pleasure of meeting Jade who came to see if we had enjoyed our stay. We will defenitely be coming back 😊The Nest box ticked all our boxes and much more.

An incredible find situated in a really ideal location, close to shops, restaurants etc. The home was immaculately clean and really cosy. Shower was incredible. The hosts were fantastic from the second I made the booking. I will definitely like to stay here again. Thankyou.

Even better than expected and the lodge is a decent size. Nice host. Great find. We only stayed for one night but will stay longer next time. Its really peaceful and It seems like we are in nature. It was lovely watching some nesting swallows coming and going nearby and rabbits running around the field. It looks like they are doing the accomodation up too so will only get better. Thankyou for a lovely short stay.
