We had a wonderful time at the caravan of Nils and Femke.. There is everything you need. The contact to Nils and Femke was very friendly and nice and the place is just marvelos. Once in a while you see a rabbit.The atmosphere in the whole Caravan Park ist so friendly and nice specially for children. we just loved our vacation at your place thanks a lot Nils and Femke. 5 stars

der Caravan liegt sehr schön am Rand des Campingplatzes, nur Vogelgezwitscher und Grün. Das Waschhaus ist trotzdem nah genug. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten Blumen auf dem Tisch als Welcome, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très bon séjour dans ce super wagon ! Certes, il est plutôt loin de la ville mais c’est ce qui le rend vraiment intéressant ! Il est à environ 30 minutes la première fois à pied mais un fois que le vélos sont pris, comptez 5 minutes pour vous rendre à l’arrêt de bus ! Le paysage est à couper le souffle, l’ambiance la bas paisible est vraiment dépaysante et le petit dej est vraiment le petit plus, et puis délicieux ! Si vous recherchez un logement à proximité, foncez ca vaut le coup !

This place is really nice as it’s only a cheap Uber ride into Amsterdam or you can use one of the bikes that they provide. The breakfast given each morning was a real treat and waking up to the sound of birds and cows each morning was a great way to start the day before heading off into the city for adventure.

Best holiday/short break I've had for years. Quiet, peaceful and full of wildlife. Really hadn't anticipated seeing so many animals and birds on such a patch of land, but it was a joy to experience. Erwin was welcoming, amiable and clear in what was needed to be done viz. the cabin and entering/leaving the farm. Amsterdam Central takes about an hour to reach on the 391 bus and is fairly easy to navigate to from the accommodation.

met kinderen in de caravan was super. De omgeving is zo mooi....roodborstjes , konijntjes, stilte (af en toe een vliegtuig) je kan naar het fijne strand van castricum aan zee (10 minuten met de fiets) schone toilethokken. Je kan er fietsen voor de kinderen en skelters huren. Speelveld en leuke activiteiten.

Uns hat es in der Unterkunft von Michelle sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet, viel Platz und es stand alles zur Verfügung was man braucht. Wirklich top. Die Lage auch wirklich super. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We had the most wonderful stay with Anime and Alex at their farm. They were so kind to show us around the farm full of horses, cows, and sheep. They also provided us with delicious breakfast including their own homemade sheep cheese! The amenities were very clean and comfortable. It was very peaceful with beautiful views and yet close enough to the city.

If you are looking for an alternative accomodation, not too far from the city and want to experience farm life or love to horse riding, this is the right place for you. Do not expect something luxurious here as it's a very simple place, but nice people and interesting community. It's perfect if you have dogs as they can walk freely and it's not dangerous for them as the road is far away from the farm. Thanks Stefan. Flora and the two dogs.

Nous sommes venu de France et l'endroit été très agréable hôte très accueillant malgré la barrière de la langue on arrivait à ce comprendre. Je recommande vraiment. Par contre attention aux moustiques il y en a beaucoup. Hormis ça c'était un super séjour proche des animaux et de la nature.

We had a wonderful stay in the vintage camper which was quite charming. Ellen and her husband were super hospitable and the recommendations for things to do in the area were spot on and made our days quite fun. The farm animals were friendly and were happy to be pet. Would definitely stay with them again!

Absolutely charming (and huge!) island in a gorgeous part of Holland. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful retreat in the countryside - the hottub was an absolute dream! Eva and Marten were exceptionally helpful throughout the stay. Very easy to get to Amsterdam and any other place you'd like to visit as it's well connected via public transport, but do note that you need to be back at the island before sundown as you cannot navigate to it with the motorboat at night (so don't expect to have a rowdy night in Amsterdam before heading home!) A few things that I'd like to make obvious in case it's not obvious from the listing: 1) Island is in the middle of nowhere, which is perfect, but I didn't realise it was a proper 10-15 boat ride from mainland. Absolutely fine phone/signal reception. 2) Outside shower only, and it ain't warm. 3) Wood is priced at about £8 a bag. 4) Other than the barbecues, there isn't much to cook with. 5) Two wonderful restaurants in Vinkeveen!

Der Caravan befindet sich auf einem modernen und ruhigen Campingplatz auf dem viele Familien Urlaub machen. Der Wagen ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Von Standspielzeug, ein paar Gewürzen bis vollständigen Küchen und Grill-Ausstattung ist alles verhanden. Dadurch ist aber etwas wenig Platz für persönliche Sachen. Der Weg zum Stand sind ungefähr 15-20 Minuten zu Füß durch eine schöne Dünenlandschaft. Leider wurden auch vor kurzem die Fahrräder gestohlen, weshalb wir diese nicht verwenden konnten. Es gibt jedoch einen gratis Shuttlebus der vom Bahnhof über den Campingplatz bis zum Meer fährt. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr schön, man kann tolle Sonnenuntergänge anschauen. Es gibt auch schöne Restaurants am Campingplatz sowie am Meer. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit dort gehabt.

The camping of Bakkum is legendary and it offers a great place to chill, with all the facilities you need to have a great stay. It’s right within nature, walking/biking distance from the beach. This caravan is very comfortable and has everything you need to make your enjoyable.

Wat een ontzettend fijne vakantie hebben we gehad hier! Sabine was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze heeft zelfs nog een extra fiets geregeld zodat we met de kinderen naar het strand konden. Stacaravan staat op een rustig stukje vlak bij receptie en speeltuin, met ook een fijne tuin met zithoek, en speelmogelijkheden. Echt een aanrader😊!!

Kan niets dan lof uitspreken over Moniek en Thijs. Thijs is nog extra langsgekomen voor instructies te geven over de caravan wat wij ontzettend waardeerden. Moniek heeft in de tussentijd nog geïnformeerd of alles goed was wat ik echt top vond. En ook niet onbelangrijk: gezien ze geen andere huurders hadden mochten we gaan wanneer wij wilden op de dag van vertrek, dat was echt geweldig! Nog nergens anders meegemaakt! Thijs en Moniek, jullie zijn echt top mensen, bedankt voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie!

Heerlijke plek, veel privacy, schoon en knus, ik kom graag terug.

Christa ist eine großartige Gastgeberin! Der Kontakt mit ihr war perfekt. Sie reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und hatte uns vorab bestens informiert. Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen Urlaub in ihrem Caravan verbracht. Der Caravan ist sehr schön, sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat ausreichend Platz für eine 5 Köpfige Familie. Der Schlafraum ist sehr gemütlich, sodass 3 Kinder ihr eigenes Bett haben. Der Wohnraum hat genügend Platz und es gibt einiges an Spielzeug zu entdecken. Der Kochbereich ist mit einem guten Gasherd, Kühlschrank, genügend Geschirr, fließendem Wasser und eine Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Was braucht man mehr? Vor dem Caravan lud die großzügige Terrasse, die Hängematte und das Trampolin zum Verweilen ein. Das große Spielfeld ist nur einige Meter vom Caravan entfernt und geliebt von jedem Kind, in jedem Alter! Das Waschhaus/Toilettenhaus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren nicht das erste Mal auf dem Camping Bakkum und es war auch nicht das letzte Mal. Uns hat es so gut bei Christa gefallen, sodass wir bestimmt wieder kommen!

Wij hebben als stel een paar heerlijke laatste zomer dagen gehad op Camping Bakkum. De stacaravan was knus en toch ruim, het matras lag heerlijk en ook buiten konden we relaxen op de buitenbanken, stoelen of eten aan de biertafel. We hebben getennist en gefietst door de omgeving. Het strand is prachtig met haar hoge duinen. De camping is zeer charmant, netjes en goed geregeld. Zeker voor jonge gezinnen is het hier geweldig. Bedankt!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, es hat uns nichts gefehlt, unser Sohn war auch glücklich, er hat dort viel mit dem Playmobil gespielt. Mit dem Bollerwagen sind wir oft mit unseren Kleinkindern ans Meer. Der Campingplatz ist ein Traum für Groß- und Klein. Vorallem die Wasserspielplätze haben unseren Kindern gefallen. Die Waschräume sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, so kann man auch mal nachts schnell aufs Klo. Auf der Wiese vor dem Trailer lagen wir oft unter dem Sonnenschirm auf einer Decke. Einkaufen kann man alles auf dem Campingplatz im Supermarkt. Wirklich wirklich alles sehr empfehlenswert. Auch die Gastgeber sind so nett und hilfsbereit.
