Energieneutraal knus vakantiehuisje

Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Het huisje beschikt over een gezellige woonkamer en open keuken, alwaar vloerverwarming is. Een TV is aanwezig, welke alleen te gebruiken is met de Chromecast(is aanwezig). Douche en toilet zijn aanwezig. Boven is er slaapgelegenheid voor 3 personen. Ook kunt u zitten op onze sfeervolle veranda; leuk om te ontbijten, eten of een boek te lezen. In de tuin zijn meerdere knusse hoekjes om in te zitten. Komt u met de boot? Geen probleem, naast het huisje is er de mogelijkheid uw boot aan te leggen.

De Polderschuur is een zelfstandige woning voor maximaal 2 personen, met alle voorzieningen die u zich kunt wensen. Op de benedenverdieping komt u binnen in de gezellige woonkamer met keuken. Wie dit allemaal niet wil, geniet van de rust, de zee en de duinen in ons pittoreske Egmond. Ons huisje is klein maar erg warm en gezellig, en heeft een dito slaapzolder. Drie minuten lopen van het strand. N.b. : van 1 juli tot 1 september is het huisje uitsluitend per week te reserveren, van zaterdag tot vrij/zat.

Wildzicht cosy cabins is een uniek zelfgebouwd huisje aan een rustig gelegen weg midden tussen de bollenvelden. Het huisje heeft uitzicht op de bloembollenvelden en korenmolen De Hoop van 't Zand. Als u goed kijkt kun u in de verte de duinen van Callantsoog zien liggen. Het strand van Groote Keeten is op 10-15 minuten fietsafstand. Het huisje staat achter op ons erf en biedt veel rust en privacy en beschikt over een eigen tuin met veranda en picknicktafel.
