Outside patio with table/chairs and charcoal BBQ. We support local & our cleaning fee pays for local hard work covid approved cleans."

Located right on Everest Lake in Wilmington - great for swimming and kayaking. 5 minutes to Whiteface mt for skiing and biking. We are in the center of all the ADK trails. Fantastic location! Soak in the hot tub at night while looking at the lake. In summer time, there are free Thursday-night concerts at the lake. Newly built townhome with lots of natural light, clean lines and modern finishes, EV charger, and new appliances. Very quiet and serene spot.
