Fabulous home for family’s, especially great for younger children and babies. Couldn’t fault the home or garden, even the pool was warm enough for the kids.

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We regularly holiday in England as a large family group; seven adults, five children and two dogs. Arnewood Rise is one of the best, if not the best place we have stayed. The house is generously equipped. The garden is large and beautifuly maintained and the location si excellent. Lots do do, plenty of variety and all within easy driving distance. Arabella replied quickly and helpfully to our questions. We plan to come agian.

This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

we stayed here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with friends and had a fabulous time. Beautiful location, very peaceful and relaxing. Good kitchen and comfy beds.

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

Just had a wonderful weekend staying here for my 50th birthday. It was more than what we expected. Photos don’t do the size of the rooms justice. So many things for the kids (and adults) to play with. The cup cakes and bottles of fizz was a lovely welcome. Sonia was a brilliant host and we would definitely come back.

As stated by other reviewers, the location was great with the Cathedral, the market, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance; and the house is lovely with lots of space. Specifically for us, we were visiting family so we hosted guests. We had 8 of us for dinner and had room for everyone. My father-in-law turned 99 while we were there, and the house was within an easy mobility scooter ride from his home in Salisbury, and the bathroom on the main floor made it accessible for him. This meant we could have long visits with him at our place, which was lovely. We will definitely be in touch with William to stay in his house again.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The town centre is a perfect distance away that you can walk in in about 10-15mins but far enough away to not feel like you're staying in a busy town centre. Louise sorted us parking permits out and we easily parked 3 cars in the local streets, not right outside but this wasn't an issue. The house is great, 4 good sized clean bedrooms, a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Louise had left us a few goodies and some milk as a welcome gift, Tesco is a short walk away to grab any other bits you need and we had a lovely meal out locally too, plus lots of recommendations of good places to go. Thank you for a very lovely weekend.

We loved our stay here, perfect for a break away from city life! Big shout out to Alex and Rob for being great hosts, they were friendly, responsive and helped us with any difficulties we had. I loved that they had a chimnea, which allowed us to enjoy the beauty of a fire pit and the night sky. There is a river behind the house, which we loved exploring the area of. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful getaway, around nature.

We had a wonderful time at Traveller’s Rest. Kristyna, Abigail and Kevin are exceptionally detailed hosts. They have a house manual that gives you details about the “care and feeding” of the house. They even have the manuals for each piece of electronic equipment from the washer to the oven. We were greeted with a tray of treats as well as a loaf of bread, a tray of butter and a pint of milk. There are laminated instructions detailing many things from the use of the shower to the use of the television. What I thought was particularly brilliant was the Fact that there is a coop market 30 feet from your front door and it is open from 7a to 10p. Essentially you have an entire grocery store as your pantry. That was amazing. Yes, every morning there was a truck pulling up to the coop to restock the shelves and you do hear it but the sheer convenience of having a grocery store next door outweighs any issues with early mourning sounds. Their wi-fi is excellent. 79Mbps. Enthusiastic 5*s

A great place for a group gathering - 12 single beds! And the living spaces are well laid out and spacious. Outdoor area good too. It's a bit lacking character but made up for by the practicalities. It's very near the beach and convenient for access to boscombe and central bournemouth. Can recommend.

Tom’s place is so lovely. Our family had a great stay at his place. It was a short walk to the beach, which was an added bonus. Plenty of room, very clean and just as described. We would definitely stay again!

This house was exactly what we wanted and needed. Plenty of room for 10 adults, a lovely back garden to enjoy. The whole place was clean and tidy. The hot tub was clean and private. The area was perfect for Bournemouth town centre, a 10 min taxi journey. Easy to check in, plenty of parking, local shops including Tesco within 3 minute walk. I am already thinking about coming back with my family.

Staying in Victoria's home was amazing. It is a beautiful home, perfect for a group setting and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every room matched the pictures and descriptions, and the surrounding area was lovely too. Veronica was extremely responsive and answered all of our queries in a timely manner.
