Monthly Rentals in North Common

We stayed 5 weeks and absolutely loved our time here. The location is perfect for us as we have family in the area but also for walking/cycling and access to Bristol and Bath. Jackie and Ian are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. They live on site with their beautiful family but very much give you space and privacy. The apartment is modern and clean and accommodates 2 people comfortably. We would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat and can’t wait to go back in the future. Thank you both so much.

We had a fantastic stay at The Old Smithy! The accommodation was excellent, beautiful, comfortable, and set in an idyllic location. It’s perfectly situated between Bristol and Bath, making it a great base for exploring. Our dog absolutely loved the area, especially exploring the grounds. The host was amazing, providing clear and helpful instructions throughout. To top it off, there’s a lovely pub just around the corner. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in a converted church. Perfect for 2 people on a weekend away. The apartment had everything you needed to feel at home. Comfy bed and plenty of storage for clothes. TV, comfy sofa and full kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Chantelle and Nick have done a lovely job on the apartment and were great hosts. Steep spiral stairs may be difficult for some but what a lovely feature.There is a full bathroom down one set of stairs and the shower was really good. Pub next door that serves food if you don't want to cook and a small Tesco down the road to get basic supplies. Perfect location between Bath and Bristol and using the park and rides. Highly recommend this property, thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Loved staying at Rebecca’s place- had a lovely time catching up with friends in Bath and exploring the local area during the Easter weekend. Cottage was very comfortable. We took our 5 month old and Rebecca provided a travel cot and offered a high chair. Hosts were very quick to respond. Would definitely return!
