Raul’s place is awesome! Wish we could have stayed much longer, but looking forward to booking again in the future.

The cabin was great! The peaceful surroundings, immersed in nature, were a perfect escape, and the proximity to various activities in the area was a bonus. The thoughtful touches throughout the cabin added a warm and welcoming feel and made our stay memorable. We greatly appreciated the helpful tips for exploring the area and the detailed instructions, which enhanced our experience. It was wonderful getting to know this place, and we hope many others have the chance to enjoy it as much as we did.

This cozy cottage is in such a peaceful and private area. So beautiful with a deer that was friendly, looking at us and not afraid. We saw the deer three time during our visit. Beautiful birds and hummingbirds drinking from jasmine. Also fun was curling up on the couch next to the gas fireplace when it was cold at night. It was wonderful.

Kona Cabin was the perfect place for our Pack (two humans, one doggo) to getaway on the coast. Conveniently located for easy drives to our adventures but also tucked away so we could enjoy quiet, serene solitude when it was time to rest after full days of frolicking at the beaches and walking the coastal trails. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and of good quality. There were also some lovely extra touches - the coffee selection was delightful and they left us a yummy welcome gift. The living room was spacious and even though we're not usually TV watchers, it was nice that the cabin is equipped with cable so we could catch an exciting Game 5 of the Stanley Cup playoffs! Bathroom was also well equipped as far as standards like shampoo, conditioner, soap from a local maker (another lovely touch!). Shower pressure was great and water (in all scenarios) got nice and warm/hot quickly. The bed was big and comfy. We hope to come back!

We return to Alison's for a good reason: it's a wonderful home, clean, quiet, comfortable, and very close to Lassen National Park. We have stayed in many AirBnBs over the years and Alison's is at the top of our list.

Wonderfully quiet location in the trees next to a tiny creek. Perfect getaway from the city, yet so accessible and decorated with beautifully woven fabrics from the owner’s business.

This cottage is the perfect private getaway in the woods! A beautiful meadow surrounded by forest, pleasant and comfortable cabin amenities, and a magical (private) outdoor shower filled with ferns made this a wonderful place to stay! Built by the owners, close to the forest and the beach, so amazing.

This place looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. Marissa even had a gift basket waiting for us! She checked on us several times during our trip and was always quick to respond. We are so glad we chose to stay here vs a hotel. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Carl was super communicative! Place was cozy and quaint for our night through Trinidad while we work our way up the coast.

Sweet, small space for a quick trip. Does have that classic Eureka/Humboldt county smell so if you're sensitive to mold- be aware. It's comfy, clean and beautiful gated garden space to enjoy from the serene deck. My 2 dogs were enclosed and enjoyed themselves but very limited floor space for them.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for our mini-moon! The scenery was fantastic, the accommodations were a Tolkein fan's dream, and the food was absolutely delicious - we enjoyed the shire-cuterie board we ordered, as well as all of the second breakfasts. Lael was also super responsive and attentive throughout our stay. As a bonus, we were able to visit Lassen Volcanic National Park without too long of a drive :) We hope to return in the future!

We had the most incredible stay at Mama K’s! The property is absolutely stunning, nestled right on the Russian River with gorgeous views and a sense of peace that’s hard to describe. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and at home. Also, the wildlife was great to watch out for! Many deer, birds (even eagles!) and foxes! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed (lots of great updates!) with everything we needed. It was the perfect mix of comfort and charm, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Our dogs were in heaven! They loved exploring the property, lounging on the deck, and soaking up the fresh air. It’s not always easy to find a truly dog-friendly place that feels this special, but Mama K’s delivered on every level. We’re already planning our next visit. Thank you, Mama K, for sharing this magical place with us, we’ll definitely be back.

Holly was an amazing host. She was extremely friendly and quick to help when we had trouble with the wifi our first night. The timber suite itself is beautiful, inside and out. Incredible location right by the bluffs with many great views and activities very close by. Inside was very clean and inviting. We were even given a bottle of Chardonnay for free as a welcome gift. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Mendocino area!

To say that this place was great is an understatement. It was extraordinary. The place was adorable. The decorating was done by someone with a real eye for balance and beauty (Martin.) There was every amenity that you could possibly need- plus surprise extras (like a noise machine for sleeping, lotions galore etc.) Martin was also very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Peter’s cottage in Albion. The cottage is cozy, private, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The garden is absolutely beautiful—a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. The location is ideal, with easy access to scenic hikes and stunning beaches. Peter was a great host, and everything was exactly as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway in a gorgeous area.

Madison and Laura were incredibly responsive—every question was answered almost instantly, making the whole process effortless. The cabin itself is even more beautiful than the photos: spotless rooms, stunning lake views, and thoughtful touches everywhere. We kept discovering extra amenities that weren’t even listed on the website, which made our stay feel above and beyond. From the peaceful surroundings to all the little conveniences, this was hands-down one of our best trips. Highly recommend!

I loved staying at Philips cottage! It was private, easily accessible and a great location. Philip was awesome throughout the stay and offered many of his local recommendations. It was an awesome experience and can’t wait to come back and visit. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Erik’s place is small but cozy and a perfect landing place after a day of exploring! He provided an extensive list of local recommendations and we took advantage of several of the restaurants. The Saturday morning farmers market in town is a must do! There is a grocery store literally right across the street. We were able to walk over and pick up a few items for breakfast to prepare in the kitchenette. Would definitely recommend!

Such a stunning little cottage and property! Perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and thorough with their responses and detailed information. Highly recommend staying here as I felt very at peace. One of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in!

Caz cabin is truly magical. This was my second time visiting and it was just as incredible! The cabin was so cozy, and the backyard wad enchanting. I never wanted to leave the porch! Can’t wait for my next visit!
