Pet-friendly vacation rentals in North Captiva Island

We had an amazing stay! Everything was just as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We spent so much time on the back patio and pool which was private and relaxing! We will definitely be back to stay with Brandon again!!

Tonya was easy to work with and answered my questions, even went out of her way to get a picture ( regarding dock as we brought a boat) The house is gorgeous, neighborhood is as well. It's located close to everything, but tucked into a neighborhood that's quiet with essentially no traffic. We've done the AirBNB thing in Marathon, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, etc. This home and Cape Coral are our favorite so far! Five stars!

Our stay was great, very easy access to great fishing and easy to keep boat at location. Maria is awesome and very helpful and responsive.

Great stay! Everything from downtown, Sanibel, and the beach were easy enough to access from here. The host were responsive, and didn’t have all the demands that you commonly see from other host. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend we look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed for a great time. We loved the pool and backyard area the most! The house was clean and well stocked. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Definitely a 5 star stay!

Mindy was amazing and extremely helpful- quick to respond to messages and she provided her phone number so that we could call about anything. We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home sitting on the canal. This home is close to all of the beaches that we wanted to explore - within a 25 to 30 minute drive - which wasn’t bad for us. The pool was so magical overlooking the canal with spectacular sunsets! Early morning coffee on the dock was just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful start to each day. Bikes were such an extra perk. I was able to ride down to the country club every evening (it is open to the public) and enjoy evening concerts outside when they had them. Perfect for little tots. Very accommodating regarding high chairs and crib. Overall our family had a magnificent time and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you ‘Mindy! 😊

Great location. Very peaceful with great kayaking all around. Everything inside the house was clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive with great instructions.

We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

A true island oasis! It’s paradise! where do I even start? This Pine Island retreat is beyond spectacular. It’s a dream come to life. From the moment I arrived I felt wrapped in peace and comfort. This home is impeccably, clean, decorated with refined, tropical elegance, that evokes a timeless charm, yet with every modern comfort thoughtfully in place. Stephen and Erin created a sanctuary that feels like a hidden paradise. Lush palm tree so authentically placed. I truly felt like I was in a private island jungle oasis. Every corner of the property radiates care, love and attention to detail. This place is a retreat for the soul. Each room offers a sense of calm beauty that comforts. It’s the kind of place that invite you to relax,breathe deeper and simply be. I honestly didn’t want to leave. It felt like I had traveled back in time to a more graceful relaxed era, yet everything was perfectly maintained and welcoming in a modern way. Thank you both for sharing this slice of heaven. 🥰💯

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Rhi and Michael were very responsive. We had some issues with the pool & hot tub and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They also worked with us on an early check in. The no pet fee is also a very nice bonus! The dock & paddle boat was a fun added touch. My husband was surprised by a decently large lizard (about 3 ft) sun bathing on the dock. The dock is surrounded by trees so you can’t see it until you get down to it. We also saw plenty tiny lizards outside & also one in the house. The bicycles were fun too, i only wish there were 4 so we all could have gone on a bike ride together. The only other constructive criticism i have is some of the appliances could use to be updated as well as the kitchen sink/faucet. Also, the outside tiki area/tables n chairs needs to be added into the cleaning routine before guests check in. Saved 4 future stays!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

The house is beautiful and in perfect condition. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. My family and I had a very happy stay.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay and have a relaxing weekend and we came accross susanas house and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds and fresh linens.and a really nice pool The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was great for relaxing in the evenings. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and they provided clear instructions and great local tips. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Beautiful well equipped home! Spotlessly clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and woefully designed and clean. Nice views, quiet setting and a Great boat dock. We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was how easy it was to access our boat; the location made everything so convenient, from docking to getting out on the water quickly. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

I highly recommend this Airbnb. Absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately we had an Air-conditioning issue. The owner immediately addressed.

The house was as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and tucked away from the more touristy areas. The host provided a list of recommended attractions in the area, which we used to plan our outings. We drove to fort Myers beach one day and the next we went shelling on Sanibel island. Lots of other attractions in the area too, such as dolphin cruises, nature preserves, parasailing and more. Plenty of places to eat and there’s lot of stores in the area if you need anything. The home was beautiful. I really enjoyed the pool. I will miss the morning swims. There were 3 bedrooms. The two primary bedrooms were nice and cozy. There’s two small beds in the 3rd room. Felt more suitable for a child or teen. I made it to the area early and they offered early check in. Everything was clean on arrival. The host was very responsive, though we didn’t experience any concerns. No unreasonable rules or check out expectations, which is appreciated. I would return to this location!
