Renovated lanai! This 3 bed/4 bath home is on the nicest canal with 200+ ft of frontage & gorgeous views of the canal & sunset. The pool, tiki hut & docks have full sun all day. Each bedroom has a private bath & there's a 2 pc powder room off the laundry. The primary has a king bed & walkout to pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & pool access. Bedroom 3 has a queen & private bath. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. And a games room! Enjoy stunning sunsets under the tiki hut.

" Here Comes The Fun" Absolutely Magnificent! Home

HERE COMES THE FUN! Doo-d-Doo-Doo FUN FUN FUN HERE IT COMES! No detailed has been missed. This is truly a luxury home. HERE COMES THE FUN is a single story 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home. Finished in early 2020 it was built on 2.5 lots or on one half acre of sand. Its location is only a 3.5-minute walk on a white sand path-like road past just 4 houses to the largest beach on the island. There is public access and golf cart parking available there and that isn’t always the case on other streets.

The screened-in pool area features a serene swimming pool with shimmering water, two blue lounge chairs positioned nearby, and views of a wide canal. A thatched-roof Tiki hut can be seen across the water, surrounded by lush greenery.

Our renovated home on North Captiva is named "Windows on the Water" because of the spectacular wall of windows facing a pristine, white sandy beach and Captiva Pass. Relax inside or outside on your very own beach, and enjoy views of Cayo Costa Island, sailboats and wildlife including pelicans, manatees and more! We are on the beach and adjacent to 4 acres of private, undeveloped land which makes our home feel peaceful and secluded. 10/10 and 5 star reviews (64+) on the other booking site!

A quick 30 minute trip from Pine Island, North Captiva is a golf cart only island (that’s right, no cars!) that has the best beaches and shelling in the area. Sand Dollars is located one block in from the beach (200 steps). Sand Dollars has a Island Club membership with access to 2 swimming pools, paddle boards, kayaks. BYOB—bring your own boat and park at our boat slip (extra fee).
