This apartment is PERFECT for traveling while working remotely since it has an amazing full office/ dedicated workspace. The apartment is small but the use of space is perfect and comfortable. Zinoviy is very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!?

Lauren responded quickly and efficiently to all my questions. Because our flight was late on the day of departure, we were allowed to use the house until then, which was very pleasant for us. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you can reach the bus stop in 10 minutes, from there you can then travel to New York. In the evening, we were glad that we didn't have to spend the night in the noisy city of New York. I was there with my 3 children and we had enough space in the house. Of course, it was much cheaper than taking 2 rooms in a hotel. Thanks for the lovely stay!

I stayed at this studio from May to the beginning of September, and I had an amazing experience. The space is very modern and clean, just as described. The location is ideal, being close to the bus stop for easy access to Port Authority, which was super convenient since I commuted there at least 5 days a week. The host, Alejandra, communicated well and was very accommodating with any requests I had during my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near NYC!

I enjoyed my stay at Carlos's place. The studio was tidy when I arrived and had everything I needed. Carlos is a attentive and super responsive host when we write to him. The studio is well located, and transportation is only a short walk away.
