Sarah and her team were very responsive and helpful. Home was clean and as described.

We recently stayed at Lexia's place and found it to be a comfortable and cozy option with everything one might need for a pleasant stay. Lexia was also very friendly and responsive throughout the process. One thing to note is that the neighbourhood is located quite a distance from the city center, so it's something to keep in mind for transportation.

Martha and her husband, Mike were wonderful. Check in was easy. The space is beautiful and clean. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Mike gave wonderful directions to where our event was and local stores and eateries. Martha recommended a fabulous Italian restaurant nearby. The area is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book here again.

Great stay in Bed Stuy! 15-20 min walk to nearby stations, host is very responsive and very spacious for our group of 4! Wish we could’ve made more use of the outside area especially in the summer - it’s gorgeous!

The place was great! Leecia welcomed us, explained everything and gave tips for the area. You can reach the nearest train in about 10 minutes and are in Manhattan in about 30-40 minutes. You couldn't lock the door from the room from the outside, but we didn't mind. Eggs in Leecia's description - they are busy with their own life. Personally, the bed was a little too hard, but that's always a matter of taste. The fact is, you don't get the same size or helpfulness for the same money as there! An absolute recommendation!

Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

Elizabeth was a fabulous host! She was responsive to messages and was right there at check-in to greet me and give me the keys. The apartment had plenty of space - 1 queen and 1 twin, and was spotless! I was a 10 min walk to the family I came into town to see, which was perfect for me. She has a cute covered patio in the front of the house, which was an added bonus! I will definitely stay at Elizabeth’s place again when I come back to visit family.

Thank you Elizabeth for hosting us at your wonderful Harlem home. We felt like we had a true New York experience. The home was lovely, the location was great being so close to the subway and we had a lovely time. Elizabeth was always very responsive both before and during our stay and the check in process was so simple. We would definitely recommend Elizabeth’s place for a New York stay especially if you have a big family!

Sami’s AirBnB was just what we were looking for during our stay in Manhattan! All of the instructions were really clear, and the place was in good condition, with proximity to many NY hotspots, restaurants, and public transportation. There were a couple things that we did not reach out to Sami about because they did not affect our stay, but a couple items were not working well (upstairs hallway toilet valve needed to be pushed on several times so toilet could flush), and the outdoor area was not refreshed/clean, but we understand we are just entering summer. Overall it was a wonderful stay in a great location and Sami was very responsive. We all talked about how we’ve never had a place this big to enjoy in NY before so that was especially a treat after long days of exploring and walking. Thank you Sami!

Great location. Very comfortable and homely house - perfect for a family. Well stocked with all mod cons and a nice retreat to hang out in - no shortage of reading material and TV/movie options. Local shops and restaurants are vg quality and convenient. The Nighthawk Cinema is a gem. Jeremiah’s house allowed for a peaceful stay with easy access to all the attractions of Manhattan and Brooklyn

Our stay at the beach house was restful. The listing was spacious, with two outdoor seating areas both with a view of the ocean. Parking was plentiful, right outside the condo. The beds, linens, and towels were were comfortable/soft. We appreciated having the washer/dryer available. There are a few grocery stores within walking distance, very convenient. The beach was glorious - keep an eye out for dolphins, we saw many, as well as other wildlife like crabs and birds. Dogs were not allowed on the beach during the day but the ranger said we could be there in the mornings and evenings. Easy location to get to JFK airport.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It is located in a child-friendly neighborhood with classic brownstone houses, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. You could even see kids’ bikes parked outside without locks — a great sign of the area’s vibe. The apartment is within walking distance of several cozy cafés, restaurants, and charming little shops. The subway is also easily accessible — just a 15-minute walk — and from there it's a quick ride into Manhattan. Inside, the apartment is warmly decorated and feels like a true home away from home. The bedrooms are at the back facing the garden, which makes them incredibly quiet. Waking up to birdsong in New York is something quite special! We also really appreciated having two bathrooms — very convenient — and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Antonella was friendly, responsive, and proactive, which made the whole experience even better. Next time we’re in New York, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Nine of us enjoyed a fantastic stay. With the two separate floors, our younger generation had the space & privacy to come & go without any disturbances to us older folks on the first floor. The beds allowed for refreshing sleep & everyone had the privacy they needed. The community spaces are perfectly set up & centrally located. Travel to and from Newark airport was very convenient &, for us, the location was an equal distance to the parties we attended over the weekend. Without hesitation, I recommend this home. It exceeded our expectations & allowed for multiple generations to stay together & connect easily while also maintaining space. The hosts are also fantastic!! They were always available & responded quickly. Very kind, helpful & understanding when I had requests. Lastly, the home is a great value and worth every penny!!

Lisa was helpful and accommodating. Lighting response time. Her home was comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to everything and walking distance to a beautiful park. Parking was exactly what you would expect in the city however we were always able to find a close spot and never had to utilize a garage. I highly recommended choosing Lisa’s home if you are staying in the area!

John’s place was perfect! Super cozy, the washer and dryer was a huge plus, spacious, and clean. There aren’t too many places to stay in Park Slope and it’s the only place we like to stay when we’re in the city.All around a wonderful experience. We’ll be back for sure!!

We were looking for somewhere to stay in New York that was a real neighbourhood, rather than a tourist area. This apartment met that brief. A spacious, tastefully decorated apartment that had everything we needed for our stay. Was great to be able to come back from days out in Manhattan to a peaceful calm apartment. Easy to get to from JFK, and good links into Manhattan - about 30 mins into downtown. A little bit of a walk to locally recommended restaurants, so we did hop in an Uber a couple of times but feels like the neighbourhood is changing fast. Great coffee shop one block away and a new place opening up on the corner just as we were leaving.

We had a week fantastic stay in Urban Serenity - a beautiful brownstone in Harlem! The space was full of character and charm with lovely architectural details that gave it an authentic New York feel. House was clean with comfortable beds, lovely linen & had everything we needed for our NYC experience. Highly recommend & will definitely return if travelling again with 3 couples.

We absolutely loved staying at Christinas place over Christmas. The house is as gorgeous as it looks and we felt right at home. The train station and ferry are in walking distance and great restaurants are just around the corner.

We stayed at Lukman’s house for 8 weeks while our house was being renovated. Lukman was proactive with instructions and the place was very clean upon arrival. The house more than met our needs.

Good location and great spot!

Even though I was over 2000 miles away from home, I felt safe, welcomed, embraced and cared for by the host, he kept me updated on everything right up to when the place was ready for me and even allowed us to check in earlier than usual because the place was cleaned before schedule. I felt our host actually cared and it wasn’t just about a revenue, and though I was across country from my home, I felt at home. I would definitely stay here again, and again and again and again… 🙏🏽

I didn’t meet John but he made check in easy for myself and my mother-in-law. We needed to check in a little bit before the check-in time and John was able to accommodate that. He was very nice and easy to communicate with. The place was as described, even a little bit roomier than we had expected. We were visiting family in Brooklyn and we were able to get over the bridge pretty quickly and get right into where we need too. It’s a quiet neighborhood with free parking. I highly recommend Johns place.

This was a great place to stay with a family. Everything we needed at the Airbnb, close to restaurants and convenience stores. Best part was how close it is to the subway. You can be in manhattan in no time.
