Kid-friendly vacation rentals in North Aegean Region

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

Huset ligger högt uppe vid borgen och ser precis ut som på bilderna. Balkongerna med utsikter är toppen. Bra med fönsterluckor, blir mörkt när man ska sova. Boendet är på övervåningen av huset. Enkelt att parkera gratis nära borgen. Vi var fem personer så en sov i matrummet. Gulliga katter på balkongen. Gillar man att bo i genuina hem är detta toppen.

We spent our family vacation here with a 20-month-old baby, grandparents, and aunties. The house is a perfect fit for large family or friend groups. Bedrooms and restrooms are spacious, and the location is ideal for discovering Pithagorio and planning trips to the other parts of the island since all the transportation (taxi, bus stop, or rental car) is on the street just below the house. Check-in and out were easy. The houseI has everything for small human beings; high chair, mini table and chairs, toys, etc. Even we couldn't meet in person, Manos is very responsive and friendly. Thank you. Highly recommended place to stay!

Great house with perfect condition. You can almost find anything you need while you staying. Silent and safety enviorement near the house. There are also few facilities existing but be careful to stay in peak season :) We stayed as two family and openly say everything is good about our accomidation.

Άψογη διαμονή. Φιλική ιδιοκτήτρια, που μοιράστηκε χρήσιμες πληροφορίες. Πολύ ωραίο το χωριό με έντονο το στοιχείο της εντοπιότητας.

Ev sahibi gerçekten harikaydı, her şeyle yakından ilgilendi. Evde konforlu ve keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Otoparkın olması, arabayla çevredeki yerlere kolayca ulaşmamıza büyük rahatlık sağladı. Ayrıca, mutfaktaki eşyalar yemek yapmak için fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Kesinlikle tekrar kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir yer!

Die Wohnung im Untergeschoss des Hauses mit Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Ruhe dort ist nicht zu überbieten. Wir haben stundenlang nur auf's Meer geschaut und die Natur genossen, Tiere beobachtet und sogar einen Delphin gesehen. Die Wohnung ist funktional und nett eingerichtet. Das große Bett ist sehr bequem. Sensationell sind die guten Fenster mit Mückenschutzfenstern zum Schieben. Genial. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüße und während unseres Aufenthalts mit griechischen Spezialitäten versorgt. Dimitris spricht kein Deutsch, Despina Englisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen geht es auch. Der Platz auf der Terrasse und die Hängematte sind neben der völlig privaten Steinbucht 5 Minuten unterhalb des Hauses genial. In den kleinen Ort mit zwei Restaurants läuft man 10-15 Minuten. Die kleinen Läden haben eine gute Auswahl und der obere nah der Kirche hat auch das gute Vikos Wasser, aber man sollte auf dem Weg vom Flughafen hinter Kambos oder in Gialiskari einkaufen. Armenistis ist sehr teuer.

Το σπίτι της Ιωάννας ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο για 2 άτομα και είχε μέσα τα πάντα. Πάρα πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία και την αγορά του Καρλοβάσου. Η οικοδέπσοινα ήταν φιλικότατη, πάντα πρόθυμη να απαντήσει στις ερωτήσεις μας και ευγενέστατη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο για οικογένειες,για όσους έχουν μικρό παιδί διαθέτει και παρκοκρεβατο,πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό η κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα και η τουαλέτα πεντακάθαρη και κάτι βασικό και θα το καταλάβετε για τη Μυτιλήνη είναι ότι βρίσκαμε πάντα να παρκάρουμε το αυτοκίνητο.Η κυρία Νίκη και ο κύριος Παναγιώτης είναι διατεθειμένοι ανά πάσα στιγμή να σας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείτε.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, walked us through every moment of our stay and provided suggestions when needed with a very kind approach, the apartment was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home aside from the apartment being so close to the city center and shops which made it easier for as to get around. Would recommend a stay here.

The apartment is light, very clean, tastefully decorated, and comes with all the amenities needed. It has a small balcony, but also access to a (shared) roof terrace with beautiful views (nice spot to have a drink in the evening). Hosts are extremely responsive, very friendly and helpful. Some welcome goodies were a nice touch. Neighbourhood is very quiet with a couple of good restaurants, great bakery and 2 small supermarkets just around the corner. There is a small beach a 5-10 mins walk away but a more beautiful beach can be found at 4 kms (Fanaraki, taxi costs EUR8 to get there) Place note that second bedroom is an extension of the living room so not a lot of privacy if travelling with 2 couples, perfect for a family though.

Evin konumu çok merkezi bir yerde her yere ulaşım son derece kolay. Ev görünenden çok fazlaydı. Her şey çok ince detayına kadar düşünülmüş , eve şirinlik katan bir sürü süslemeler mevcuttu. Sıcak bir ev ortamın da olduğunuz hissi yaratıyor. Aryetta çok ilgili ve anında dönüş yapan nazik bir ev sahibi evlilik yıl dönümü için geldiğimizi taverna önerisi istemiştim. Öneride bululduğu gibi bir şişe şarap hazırlamıştı bizim için bu ince düşüncesi için teşekkür ederiz çok mutlu olduk. Yine geleceğiz sevgiler...

Excellent location. Wonderful host. The place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, nice and clean and beautiful view. Niko was easy to reach and answered our questions quickly and helped with recommendations! We cannot say enough good things about the location and the host.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent… That was the third time we trusted Bill and John’s properties for our vacation, somehow they’ve managed to have the best places in the best locations! I have only good things to say but if I have to point something out is that all the properties are perfectly designed to the detail. We got so many ideas from them for our home :) we’ve been to Skiathos, Aegina and Tinos and still don’t know which one I liked more. Good job 👏

Ik wil hier nooit meer weg. Een lief klein huisje met adembenemend uitzicht, rustig, veilig, aller liefste moeder van Chryssa die lekkere dingen komt brengen en zo lief is, het is geweldig, heerlijk, fantastisch. Vlak bij Ermou, de belangrijkste winkelstraat, de haven en eigenlijk alles. Fantastische plek voor een sabbatical, het schrijven van een boek of iets anders waar je rust en inspiratie bij nodig hebt. Een klein paradijs boven de stad.

Η κυρία Ελένη είναι μια πολυ ταλαντη ευγενική,πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα , εξυπηρετική και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη από την επικοινωνία που είχαμε καθώς έσπευσε να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να βοηθήσει για την παραμονή μας εκεί Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό , μας παρείχε καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες , ποτό καλωσορίσματος και την ευγενική της παρουσία

Ήμασταν δύο ζευγάρια, βρήκαμε ένα μεγάλο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με δύο άνετα υπνοδωμάτια. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτε. Απολαύσαμε την τεράστια βεράντα, κάθε πρωί παίρναμε πρωινό με θέα τον διπλανό αρχαιολογικό χώρο. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ μπροστά ή δίπλα από το σπίτι. Η θέση εξαιρετική, ανάμεσα στα Ρηχά Νερά για χαλαρό μπάνιο και beach bar, και στο Ρωμέικο Γυαλό για βόλτα, φαγητό, ποτό, παγωτό και θέα στο Κάστρο. Όλα αυτά σε απόσταση δύο - τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει μάρκετ, φούρνος, περίπτερο, ότι χρειάζεται κανείς. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής, φιλικοί και με άμεση επικοινωνία οι οικοδεσπότες. Η οικοδομή σε πρώτη ματιά δεν είναι τόσο φροντισμένη, αλλά αυτό δεν μας επηρέασε καθόλου, είχαμε καταπληκτική διαμονή.

Çok kibar bir ev sahibiydi. Bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Evin konumu çok iyiydi. Molivos’a ve Petra’ya yakın olması bizim için büyük avantajdı. Havuzu kullanışlı ve temizdi. Son gün bize bıraktığı 2 sabun için teşekkür ederiz. Banyonun yenilenmesi ev sahibi için daha avantajlı olabilir.

Amazing accommodation with a very good shared pool, bbq area and amazing views. 15 mins from Tinos, but for that you get good access to the North side of the island and so a great base for touring Tinos 👍👍👍

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

Wunderbare Unterkunft am westlichen Ende von Samos´Südküste - abseits des deprimierenden Massentourismus. Kleinteilige, liebevolle, parkähnliche Anlage, mit viel Einsatz toll instandgehalten. Leider gibt es von 4 Lokalen in dem Bereich (Ort kann man nicht sagen) keine einzige Taverne mit wirklich guter griechischer Küche.

Aglaia was a wonderful host. She was very helpful and responsive during our travels and while we were staying at her apartment. She was flexible with our check in and check out times since our ferry was delayed. She also called a taxi for us when we were leaving. Aglaia gave us some snacks and water when we arrived and she recommended various local sites, restaurants and car rentals. Her apartment is better than the pictures. It is spacious, the kitchen was very useful and balcony and outdoor areas were the best part of our trip. The breeze from the sea was refreshing and we didn’t need to use the air conditioner at all. The views of the bay and mountainside were amazing. We highly recommend Aglaia’s place to anyone traveling to Samos.
