Kid-friendly vacation rentals in North Aegean Region

Ev sahibi oldukça nazikti, aracımız olmadan konaklama yaptık bu yüzden hep taksi kullandık. Ev sahibinin önerdiği taksi ile merkezden eve geldik, sonrasında konaklama yerindeki taksiye döndük çünkü çok daha uyguna geldi, kartı diğer kalacak kişiler için de bıraktık. Ev temizdi ve çevresi çok sakindi, kahve içip yemek yiyebileceğiniz alternatifler de var ve türklere çok alışkınlar bölgede. Rüzgar yönüne göre denize girmeniz gerekiyordu mevsimden dolayı ev sahibi bu konuda da bilgilendirme açısından yine bize destek oldu. Her şey çok güzeldi inanılmaz huzur dolduğumuz kuş sesleri içinde bir tatildi.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend away and the only bad thing was that we couldn’t stay longer. Vaso is a gracious, A+ host. She made us feel right at home. The pictures simply do not do this place justice-it was nice to have extra space for our family and the views from the balcony are amazing. Great place for reading and relaxation. Would definitely look this place up again if we get to go back to the island.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

Our stay at Virginia's Maisonette in Monolia was one of the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. The apartment is private and peaceful, with a stunning sea view from the terrace and a relaxing atmosphere on the ground floor. It’s filled with natural light, spacious, and even has a private beautiful beach right below, making it the perfect spot for our vacation in Chios. The maisonette was exactly as described—modern, with all new furnishings, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Virginia, our host, was incredibly responsive, kind, and hard-working, providing all the information we needed ahead of time. She even left us treats on our arrival and a thoughtful gift when we left. If I return to Chios, I wouldn’t think twice to choose Virginia's amazing maisonettes again—it’s the perfect escape to enjoy the beauty of Chios. Just an advice, keep in mind that to make the most of your time, you should rent a car. Thank you, Virginia, for your hospitality! We appreciated every detail!

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ καλή και ιδανική για αυτούς που θέλουν να μείνουν στο κέντρο της πόλης. Εξαιρετική θέα στο λιμάνι. Όλα ήταν τέλεια κατα την διαμονή μας και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετήσιμη.

Sürecin başından sonuna kadar Alexandros bize çok yardımcı oldu. Ev tam olarak fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Özellikle büyük terasın manzarası ve gün batımını da izlemenize olanak sağlaması çok keyifliydi. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi bulduk. Konum olarak merkeze 10dk yürüyüş mesafesinde ve mahallede araba park etmek için yer bulmak kolaydı. Sakız adasına tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz bir ev, tavsiye ediyoruz.

Tremendous value! Beautifully looked after by Giorgos and his Mother. Amazing views, super private, nice and comfortable and right in the centre of town. Amazing value for money. We travel extensively and I love when we find little gems like this.

wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie erwartet - sehr hell, sauber und gepflegt. Im großen Kühlschrank haben wir Wasser vorgefunden, die Klimaanlage hat sehr ruhig gearbeitet und die Nächte waren, wie gewohnt, sehr ruhig. Wir danken Maria für die tolle Unterkunft und hoffen, bald wieder als Gäste willkommen geheißen zu werden.

Our stay at Kyriakos’ place was a great choice for our family of two. The place is more than enough for 2 people and it is walkable almost in minutes to Chios city centre. Kyriakos was always responsive and he even helped us to check in early even it was a last minute communication from our side. The building is one of the mostly renowed one in the neighborhood, I believe. The place has most of the amenities that you could need during your stay. Efharisto Kyriakos for your lovely hosting!

abbiamo trascorso alcuni in giorni in questa casa che affaccia direttamente sul porto e, nonostante l'appartamento sia un po' vecchio, è dotato di tutto il necessario e funziona tutto. Stratis ci è parsa una persona molto gentile e discreta , disponibile se necessario. la posizione è davvero eccezionale: a due passi a piedi da tutto perfino dalla Turchia poiché l'imbarco è proprio di fronte. Dal terrazzino è piacevole trascorrere del tempo ad osservare il passaggio delle navi e delle persone. Insomma una esperienza molto positiva che consiglio assolutamente.

I have traveled from Athens where I had a bad experience with accomodation but coming to Mytilene was nothing but positive experience. Reigert's place was lovely little gem. I only stayed evenings to rest but it was exactly what I needed. Close to restaurants and shops. THe little kitchen was enough to make myself a dinner too. The bed was super comfortable. I loved it! The town has so much going on that this little apartment is just perfect. If I ever come back, I would love to stay here again. Thank you lovely hosts Reigert and his mom.

From the moment I booked, Vasiliki was in touch and so kind. I honestly felt like she was an old friend. She was always available and gave us wonderful local tips especially for restaurants. The house itself was spotless, brand new, fully equipped and perfectly located with a beautiful bay view from the large balcony, just a few steps away to the sea, very close to the most amazing beaches. Everything was smooth and relaxing. The check-in & c/o were super easy. It was simply a perfect stay: 10/10, fully recommended! I’d love to stay in Emporios again and even meet kind Vasiliki in person one day. Thank you so much for everything!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Υπεροχος χωρος και πεντακαθαρος!! Σε μια πολυ ησυχη και ομορφη γειτονια ακριβως πανω απο το λιμανι!! Ιδανικη τοποθεσια για να εξερευνησεις το νησι. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο και ευρυχωρο! Ηταν παρα πολυ ανετο και το συνηστω αν θελεις να ταξιδεψεις με την οικογενεια σου ή και μονος θα εχεις ολες τις ανεσεις! Η κυρια Ποπη και ο συζυγος της εξαιρετικοι οικοδεσποτες!! Απαντουν αμεσως στα μηνυματα εκανα το check in μου κυριολεκτικα τελευταια στιγμη αργα το απογευμα και παρολα αυτα μεσα σε ουτε 5 λεπτα μπηκα στο σπιτι! Τους ευχαριστω πολυ γι αυτην την ομορφη διαμονη! Και οπωσδηποτε καθε φορα που θα ερχομαι θα κλεινω μονο σε αυτους τη διαμονη μου☺️ Πραγματικα δε θα βρειτε κατι καλυτερο οσον αφορα την καθαριοτητα ,την τοποθεσια και την φιλοξενια!!

Μια πραγματικά υπέροχη εμπειρία διαμονής στην Τήνο! Από την πρώτη στιγμή, η φιλοξενία ήταν απίστευτη: μας υποδέχτηκαν με μια πιατέλα γεμάτη παραδοσιακά καλούδια – σπιτική μαρμελάδα, λίγο σπιτικό λικέρ, παστέλι και τσίπουρο. Αυτή η μικρή, αλλά τόσο ουσιαστική λεπτομέρεια σε κερδίζει από την αρχή. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός και πρόθυμος. Και τι να πω για τη θέα… καταπληκτική! Ξυπνάς και νιώθεις ότι βρίσκεσαι μέσα σε καρτ ποστάλ. Όλα αυτά έκαναν τη διαμονή μας όχι απλώς άνετη, αλλά αληθινά ζεστή και αξέχαστη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να νιώσει την αυθεντική φιλοξενία της Τήνου και να απολαύσει μοναδικές στιγμές με θέα που κόβει την ανάσα.

Kostas’s apartment was definetely the best idea for a vacation in Mythilini. When we arrived, he grabbed us from the port with his car and drived to the apartment which was very kind and also he showed us the city while driving. The apartment has a beautiful view and includes every need. Definetely highly recommend this place!
