Villa vacation rentals in North Aegean Region

We had fantastic 4 days in this gorgeous house. The view of the house was incredible and it was super comfortable. Giorgios and Sofia (the owners of the house) were very hospitable and friendly. They answered every question of us and recommended very good places to go. We went to the most beautiful beaches in the town easily from the house as the location of the house was very convenient. There were good restaurants and taverns around the house. The neighborhood was also very satisfactory in terms of that. We had a lovely vacation in Samos and I think we made the best decision by staying in this fantastic house. Many thanks again to Giorgio and Sofia for everything. We will definitely come back again.

we have spent a week in this perfect house. the house has everything you need, and even more. It is next to the sea but you should know that it is not possible to go swimming in front of the house. but the view, especially the sunset is amazing, Maria is always helpful and very kind. The island is a gem. Every part of it is worth to go and discover. and from this point of view the location of the house is also good. and we love the village Agios Konstantinos which is the closest. beautful island, beautiful house..

Beautiful house with terrace, for those who love it quietly the perfect place. In about 15 minutes you will be on the beautiful beach, can shop, eat out. We enjoyed our time very much, Elisabeth was always available. We would love to come back

This is the place for families to stay on Ikaria. Spacious kitchen diner, 3 bedrooms and incredible outside space. The pool is excellent, with endless views of the Aegean sea, and occasional glimpses of distant Cycladic islands. The location is also tremendous, a very short walk down to a lovely little beach with good snorkelling around the rocky coast. Nanouras is a very quiet hamlet with no shop or taverna, so it's peaceful and easy to park. It's only a short drive (or bike ride) up the coast to Nas or Armenistis for bars, restaurants and mini markets. There is also a fairly new (paved) road up to the interior villages very nearby, which are well worth visiting. Christos the host and his family were responsive, friendly and helpful. His mother made us some pasta one night! Altogether a complete holiday rental, thoroughly recommended on every level.

We enjoyed our stay at Apollo’s beautiful villa! The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed for our visit. The house is on the beach where we enjoyed swimming after a day of exploring Samos. You can walk up the street and enjoy local restaurants or drive to Kokari, Pythagorio, or Karlovasi. For our check-in, Apollon met us at the house, explained all we needed to know, and supplied us with a few provisions to get started. Excellent host who I strongly recommend for your adventures in Samos! Five stars!

This truly is a spectacular Airbnb. If we could give this 10 stars, we would. The view from the living room window is so gorgeous it’s hard to leave the house. I can’t imagine a more idyllic spot in Tinos to have a coffee or glass of wine. On top of this, there is a roof deck! Kardiani is really beautiful, the location lends itself to feeling as you are part of the village, and the design is gorgeous. Linens, robes, and bath products are lovely. I wish my kitchen had a marble sink, stately glass range, espresso machine, etc. Other highlights of our stay included personal touches like the hosts’ personal greeting and gracious help to secure a parking spot when we arrived, island recs, lovely daily breakfast, and chocolates by the bedside that were so delicious we went to find the patisserie to bring them home as gifts. This booking really made our experience in Tinos so special. Our sincere thanks.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Villa Estia. The location in the village of Triantaros is peaceful with a nice view of the water and nearby farms. While you are pretty high up in the hills you are still only about 12-15 minutes from town/supermarkets etc so not feeling isolated. There are a couple of taverna's in the village so thats nice to have an option if/when you don't feel like venturing further. The villa is of extremely high quality and is very professionally and comfortably furnished- from chairs and sofas, beds and linens to well appointed kitchen that had everything we needed. There is not air conditioning but fans provided and given the breezes and being up in the hills we were not hot. It is nice to have a dedicated parking area, though be aware the driveway is well paved but steep. All in all an excellent choice to serve as a launching point for exploring the island of Tinos.

Such a peaceful setting, with great views. Loved the local beach and the restaurants. We stayed nearby half of our days in Tinos! The hosts were lovely people and we felt right at home. The house is fully equipped, even beach stuff and baby toys which we needed! There are multiple verandas, and great views of the Aegean and nearby islands. This side of Tinos felt like the most calm and serene of all we visited. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week. The house and its view of the bay are splendid, and its access by dirt to the hillside overlooking the bay gives it all its charm. The pool is nice even if the meltem has blown, the terrace is well protected and allows you to enjoy the view. The location of the villa is relatively central to Tinos and allows just as much to return to the port / city center as it is to go to the villages of the center or on the coastal road. We were welcomed perfectly and will be very happy if we are lucky to be able to come back.

Eleni’s place was incredible and so was our local guide Kaiti! Truly such a special place on the island, and located near one of the most beautiful villages in Greece.

The villa is flawless. Newly constructed and very spacious. The pool and patio area was wonderful - sun all day into the very beautiful sunsets. The inside was ideal - high end finishes in the bathrooms, and probably the best thing - amazing water pressure. Bed rooms each with AC units and very quiet/private. Really could not be improved upon. Nikos was a wonderful host with suggestions and very eager to showcase the islands beauty. I wish we stayed longer…

Gorgeous and exactly like the photos. The one thing to be aware of is its location in a remote area on the mountains — not a bad drive, but make sure you’re renting a car and prepared to make a bit of a drive to and from the villa and your destinations. Jenny, Alexia’s local friend, will meet you at the port and guide you to the villa so you’ll know exactly where to go. The design is perfect and we didn’t want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at Denise’s place. The house was beautiful, with breathtaking views that made the visit truly special. Denise was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay, including recommendations for tavernas and visits. One tip: Get a big car because the house access goes through an unpaved track. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place. My favorite spot was to drink my morning coffee under the olive tree in the most comfortable couch. What an amazing place. Thank you Anat and Metaxia for a wonderful stay.

George was a wonderful and helpful host. He met us at the property to let us in and go over how things worked. He was available throughout our stay to answer questions, make recommendations and assist us in so many ways. His hospitality really made our stay delightful! The property is lovely - especially the “Pigeon House”. We had that space as well as the upper house with 2 BR’s. for the three of us. Both spaces were spacious and clean with amazing views. There were several seating areas outside along with the pool. The only downside to us was that you can’t drink or even cook with the water on Tinos. We had a few bottles provided to us to get us started but then we were buying tons of water each day. This of course was not the fault of the property - just a fact that people know about prior to coming to the Island.

The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!

It was a very peaceful and enjoyable vacation for us.The location of the house was very nice and the house was clean and we were comfortable.Our hosts were very friendly and helpful people, they took care of us very well and gave us local advice.Thank you very much for everything, a place we plan to stay again.

An absolute bliss for people in search of peace and serenity. The house is at least as nice as on the pictures, and the views are breathtaking. The two terraces are amazing, as well as the pool area. The short road is not as bad as expected: it is pretty steep but most of it is paved with concrete, except a few hundred meters that are a bit bumpy, but nothing too bad. The only downside was the lack of equipment in the kitchen (no salad bowl in Greece, come on... :)
