There is also a separate host room (with a single bed), outdoor WC, laundry and amenities. For relaxing outside there is a stunning, large courtyard and an expansive rooftop overlooking the sea.

Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.

The detached house is located in a quiet area of the village without noise where it is easily accessible and quite close to the ring road. The village of Panagiouda has everything one needs. Gas stations, mini markets, butcher shops, bakeries, tavernas, cafes, pizzerias, souvlaki shops make it a unique village that has nothing to envy. The city of Mytilene is just 6 km away.
