The house is located at Agios Romanos' beach. The beach can be accessed on foot. There is a tavern, a small cafe and a beach bar. The sofas and the KIng size bed are built-in. The most outstanding feature of the house is the unique view, which you can enjoy from every room and the balcony. After every accommodation, the house is sanitized with the use of a steam cleaner and detergents that contain chlorine. During your stay and if you wish to, the house is cleaned every 3 days, free of charge.

Traditional house in picturesque alleys of Kalamoti. Recently rebuilt and fully equipped, it uniquely combines the feeling of 14th century with the amenities of the 21st. It has two floors in the first of which you will find the dining room, living room, the kitchen and a bathroom whereas in the second you will find the 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Η μεζονέτα μας Iris Home δυο επιπέδων πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης .Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και τραπεζαρία για να απολαύσετε το φαγητό σας με την οικογένεια και τους φίλους σας με θέα τη θάλασσα .Οι δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες και το μπάνιο βρίσκονται στο κάτω επίπεδο συνεχίζουν την θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου .Στα 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια η μαρίνα της πόλης ,εστιατόρια ,καφετέριες και αλλά καταστήματα.

Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.
