The perfect place. The house is perfectly maintained, with an ideal orientation and spectacular views, mountain and beach from the terrace, ideal to disconnect. Gonzalo is an exceptional host, he cleared up all our doubts and helped us settle in upon arrival, of course it shows that he cares about his guests' stay. Antonio's cortijo is just perfect! Very large, quiet and with a great view. Well located close to the highway and 15 minutes from a small town with all services. The accommodation offers much more than what is explained in the description: indoor bbq, amenities for paella, plancha, ... basically, it's perfect for cooking for groups of friends/family. There are also board games, a bluetooth speaker, ... The rooms are very well insulated from noise. It was such a pleasure to come and celebrate the new year at this old farmhouse.

The house was pristine, very flexible when entering and leaving. To say something, a couple of amenities were not up and running. But overall we couldn't have had more luck with the host and the care he took with us.

Excellent house, well maintained, quiet location, supermarket nearby. All amenities, all I needed, was present. I had a very pleasant stay.

We really appreciated all aspects of the accommodation, cleanliness, comfort, kitchen with all utensils supplied, and the small touches - plug in deodorants, sweets left by the bedside etc etc . There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available if washing hasn't dried on the solarium, we washed towels and sheets as we were there two weeks there is a laundry just a few minutes walk that provides good service. The TV was a great size if the weather was not good. We used to live in the area so knew everything well. The accommodation was home from home and we have stayed in many places on our trips back and this has been the best. It was lovely to sit on the balcony listening to the waves and people watching. The solarium had chairs and loungers with cushions just right for an afternoon siesta! We hope to be back soon!!!!

The stay in Nuria's house has been a wonder! Much better than in the photos, it is the typical house that has everything you need to have a good time without having to leave it, everything is very clean and the beds are very comfortable, as for Nuria's attention, it has always been pending and even made it easier for us to enter before and leave afterwards, thank you very much for everything Nuria and see you soon!!

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. It was our stop for one night. Beautiful, large, clean house with comfortable beds and tastefully furnished. The private garage was also essential. Amparo was very helpful in giving us a lot of information about both the house and the city. In the evening we took a walk downtown and around the neighborhood, which is very quiet even late in the evening. Highly recommended.

Isabelle's apartment is really perfect. It is accessible by bus from the train or bus station. There are shops nearby. The apartment is clean and comfortable with cooking essentials. I fell in love with the super spacious bedroom and bathroom. I recommend it for a stay in a peaceful area without being too far from the city center.

Really clean, cozy place that was perfect for our visit to Murcia. 20min walk downtown Murcia. Great location close to pharmacy, supermarket...Mercedes was a great host!

Comfortable apartment with everything you need to spend a few days. The area is quiet and there is public transport nearby to get down to the center. Antonio is a great host, quick to respond and was flexible with the hours of entry and exit.

The house was spotless and everything was super clean and tidy. We arrived a little later than the agreed time and still welcome us and quickly welcomed us. The house is just like the photos, very big and beautiful. Two things to consider: when it is sunny and hot, in the area it has a strong smell of field/animal so we couldn't really enjoy the terraces so impressive. And then the pools and hot tub both are weather water, the hot tub is not hot water. In general, everything was very good.

José Luis was an excellent host, from the first moment he was very kind and communication was great. Staying in your penthouse was a great choice. The apartment was very clean and is located in a very nice area, a 10-minute drive from downtown Murcia. José Luis takes great care of the details, he leaves you some food, fruit, coffee and drinks to avoid you having to go shopping. The penthouse had all the necessary appliances. Great location for exploring this corner of Spain. Was really quiet for our 4week stay. Beautiful views to the mountains to the rear of property and from rooftop terrace. Easy and safe parking very close. Swimming pool was 50m away, very clean, but too cold for us in February!, but we did make use of the gym in the main centre as well as extensive cycling from the property. Ruairi is an excellent and attentive host. This was our 2nd visit and we hope to be back again
