Hello and bonjour, My name is Nicola and I'm Scottish but love the fantastic countyside here in beautiful Burgundy. Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Nous parlons également français.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location within walking distance to everything: the train station, city centre, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. In the mornings, I could hear birds chirping softly through the window, and in the afternoons, the gentle sound of church bells carried through the air. These small touches added a sense of charm and authenticity that made my stay in Dijon feel truly special. Simon was also kind and quick to respond to any inquiries, which made everything even smoother. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

the accommodation is very well arranged. When I arrived, it was particularly clean. Even the sheets smelled like laundry, like at home. the bed is extremely comfortable. to park easily, when leaving the accommodation, on the left, walk up the steeply sloping street. the church parking lot always has spaces available. Beautiful walks start from the church. Pleasant stay thanks to this nice studio.

Sylvie's accommodation is lovely and was made even better by Sylvie's warm welcome throughout. The gardens surrounding the accommodation are huge. The horses, chickens and cats all add to the charm. The local supermarket and shops are a 5 minute walk away, with Dijon just a short drive. For a 4 person accommodation the swimming pool is very big - it was also very clean and warm. This is a beautiful, charming and peaceful place to stay. Would recommend to others and hope to stay again in the future.

We had a pleasant stay with the family, including two children and friends. The house is very nice, with all the amenities needed. The exteriors are great, with a beautiful pool and beautiful grounds immersed in nature. Julie was very welcoming, available, and flexible. We recommend without hesitation!
