From: The Ladies (70+yo old girlfriends who visited) The airbnb was very comfortable and convenient to the beach. Christina was wonderful and answered immediately the few times we called with a question. She even went above and beyond and left us breakfast goodies/items and then provided puzzles to borrow once we told her that we enjoyed them. She was patient with us senior ladies :). We also appreciate your hospitality during our stay also. Maybe the one suggestion that I would make is that one of the bedrooms upstairs should probably have 2 twin beds instead of a double bed, therefore everyone could have their own bed. We would stay here again on our next Va beach visit! Thanks for everything!

it was expensive and cleaning charges were high. the place is walkable to beach , easy access , clean. the balconies are great features

I loved everything about the inside of their beautiful home. Clean, well decorated. It is a smart home so someone older may not know how to get the lights on. The outside could be beautiful, furniture needed cleaning before we use it. It didn’t do any justice to the inside, kinda took away from it Very, very responsive. I would totally stay with them again, if they’d have us. Thank you so much.

We have stayed at this location 2 years in a row. It's great if you would like to be at the beach but away from the crowd near the boardwalk of VA Beach. It's great for families. 1.5 blocks to beach and beach is very open rather than congested. I highly recommend staying here and we will book again in 2025.

Place was beautiful. Comfy and cozy and right in the middle of lots of activities and restaurants

We enjoyed our time at the house and will be back! A great location for relaxing while also being close to great restaurants and activities. The access to the beach is fantastic, very close. We loved the beach chairs and boogey boards and sand toys too. The bathrooms and spacious and beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped.

This house was perfect for our last minute trip plans , we were only 30 minutes from Virginia Beach which was perfect for my family and I... Would most definitely stay again 😊

I had a great stay at Melissa’s! The house is lovely and well cared for. Melissa is such a communicable and helpful host. It’s a short drive to the beach, it took me half an hour walking which was great in the mild April weather. Just a block away is a beautiful forest park with well maintained trails.

My time at the Crab Shack was wonderful! Upon walking in, the home was more spacious than I expected, and everything was extremely clean. The fridge was stocked with both bottled water and S. Pellegrino sparkling water. On the counter there were snacks available to us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking, an assortment of teas, and coffee for the Keurig. All appliances are newer and user friendly. The bathroom was stocked with shower/bath needs, a hair dryer, hair straightener and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa! One of my favorite parts was the neighborhood. Everybody is very friendly. There are walking trails within a two minute walking distance that go into the woods, and on my own I felt safe. The trails are well kept and pretty open. When I needed to extend my stay last minute, John responded to my request within 5 minutes. For someone who visits VB often, I have found where I will be staying when I return!

Elissia’s place was just as described. They knew we’d be arriving late in the evening and left lights on to help with an easy arrival. They went above and beyond to make the necessary arrangements caused by an issue that was beyond their control with a utility company. If the home is available next time we are in the area we will definitely stay again.

The home was easy to find and easily accommodated our family of 6. The downstairs family room and kitchen were a large area perfect for our family gathering. The beds were comfortable and 2.5 baths easily met our needs. It was wonderful to have the washer and dryer, especially after a rainy day at Busch Gardens. The home is located within a a short driving distance from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. There are also many restaurants within close proximity to chose from. We would definitely stay here again!

Great neighborhood and great host, enjoyed the location and atmosphere!!

This was my very first Airbnb experience, and it was absolutely incredible! We took a 10-hour drive to celebrate my uncle's birthday, and every second at this rental property was worth it. The location was perfect—just steps away from the ocean—and the vibe and aesthetic of the place were spot on. The host was amazing and had everything we needed: kitchenware, stove, towels, beach chairs, utensils, wine—you name it! The bedding was super comfortable too, which made the stay even better. The only thing I’d caution future guests about is the floor—it can get a little slippery if you're wearing socks or slippers, and the winding stairs require extra care. Just watch your step, and you’ll be fine. Other than that, I’d recommend this place 100%! I would book again.

Great stay and definitely recommend! Super clean, comfy, and exactly like the photos. He was really welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish.The space had everything I needed, and they even had some nice little touches that made it feel extra homey. Michael was super friendly but also gave me plenty of space, which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. I had left a pair of earrings after check out and he shipped them out to me! Great place and great host

My family and I had such a wonder stay. very beauty area and place. I didn't want to leave. The place was clean, beds were comfortable(which is important!) and I really enjoyed the back door private patio. Restaurants and other stores were about 5/7mins away. Sara had good communicate and friendly. I would definitely book again. Thank you

The area was very quiet nice the house was beautiful Stephanie she really was helpful and the situation that popped up while we were there she gave us a late checkout she was very helpful in understanding the place was just beautiful only problem I love to cook and we didn't have a strainer 😂 that was really it besides that I will be renting this unit again cuz we'll be coming back down in the summer to visit family and Virginia we were actually there this time for a wedding but I most definitely would rent this place again.

We had a great stay! We felt very at home, comfortable and safe! It was extremely clean when we got there and had everything we may have needed. There were plenty of local restaurants literally around the corner. We were within Walking distance to everything! We will Definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town! We were here for over 2 months due to my house having to be repaired. The hosts were amazing with being responsive and quick about fixing things when needed. They also were amazing because they really worked with me through all the extensions I had to do. I was very happy that it was a nice home away from home. It was exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I had an amazing trip to Virginia Beach and loved Stephanie's rental. The rental made us feel at home, it was extremely clean and had plenty of room for all of us; not just bedroom or bathroom space but the kitchen area and family room were very accommodating. There were so many amenities I didn't have to buy a whole lot to prepare for the trip. Stephanie was extremely responsive and fast if I had questions or needed assistance. She was great at taking care of us. I really appreciate how well she takes care of her guests. We hope to come back in a few years and stay again! Thank you for everything!
