Outside, under the stars, you can enjoy a Jacuzzi for 5 people. The water is cleaned by the owner. There are several terraces with outdoor furniture, barbecue hut, woodshed, pizza oven and gas grill. In summer it is possible to rent a small boat without an engine for 30 euros.

Here you will find sandy beaches, beautiful nature and family-friendly mountain hikes. The cabin is located 1 hour drive from Tromsø and 5 minutes drive from Sommarøy. Shop, sandy beach and playground in the immediate vicinity. Sommarøy offers kayak, SUP, boat tours, fishing trips, restaurant and street kitchen. Not rented out in the winter due to no water and no cleaning.

The property has been significantly upgraded in recent years and is currently used for vacation and recreation. The cabin is located by the sea and in the immediate area you will find beautiful nature trails, mountains with spectacular views, possibility of sea fishing and great skiing in winter. These 3 beds are best suited for children/teenagers. The cabin is about 7 min drive from the store, about 20 min drive from the surf spot Unstad and about 35 min drive from the golf course on Gimsøya.

Our cabin is situated in calm and lush surroundings at the end of the road on the island of Dyrøy. The island is sheltered from the open ocean by Senja. The legend tells that the famous Norwegian Viking chief Tore Hund (“Thor the Hound”) had his reindeer on the island and from that time the island is called Dyrøy - the animal island.
