Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

Welcome to our studio in the pedestrian zone in the center of Harburg, the district on the southern side of the Elbe. It can be found on the 3rd floor of a commercial building and is part of our penthouse apartment. However, our apartment and the studio are completely separated from each other with their own apartment door, so that our and also your privacy, dear guests, are preserved. The studio is very central, so everything can be reached in minutes.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and beautiful place to stay. You have the Doveelbe right outside the door and are still in the city in a short time by S-Bahn. There are 4 sleeping places and a cozy balcony. There are toys, a baby chair, Apple TV and a bathtub. The apartment is on the upper floor of a 2-family house. There are two beds in the children's room - this has no door, but should be upgraded - and a bed for 2 in the bedroom.
