Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The apartment is located on the attic floor (sloping ceilings) of a single-family house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 highways. The subway station "Steinfurther Allee" is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 minutes on foot; please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 minutes on the "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.
