We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!

Lovely little apartment with a balcony. The building itself is clean and has a great rooftop pool and small gym that you can use. We stayed for a week, we had already stayed previously in a hotel in the old city so wanted somewhere different. It’s quite a good location: 7-Eleven opposite, a Watsons, some nice coffee/food stalls and a lovely cafe called The Wooden Door. Up and down the street are a few bar’s & restaurants. About 15mins walk away is a square with bars & live music (and an amazing wine bar called Baccos). Night Bazaar about 25mins walk. We took a morning walk to the old city - that took 25mins, but a Grab back was less than 100THB. We thought it was very reasonably priced for our week’s stay and the hosts always got back to us quickly.

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

The host was very friendly, the house was clean, and there were flowers and fruit, making us feel right at home. Able to help with restaurant reservations and thoughtfully go to try the food first, and arrange a designated location with a good view for us. Very quick to respond to messages👍👍👍 5 adults and 1 child, all because they liked Qingming better because of this homestay. Looking forward to next time🥰

It's a famous building, so it's good to ride and move anywhere. You can go anywhere in the city for 100 baht. You can walk to Big C Mart, Old Town, and Krung Mecca. There are many local restaurants nearby. Personally, Nimmanhaemin has a lot of touristy feel and this area feels more local. And first of all, there is no swimming pool in Chiang Mai. I recommend it! The bedding is really good for this place. It's almost hotel-level:) It has everything you need, such as tableware, and it's recommended for those who will be staying for a long time!

Great accommodation in a great location! The rooms are sufficiently large, the bed was super comfortable and cozy and the bathroom also really nice and practical. Everything was super clean and the fridge in the room was also really good. We would mist definitely visit again.
