Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

In the heart of Nolay, close to the Tourist Office and shops in a quiet area. Located on the Beaune, Autun, Chalon axis and next to the Morvan Nature Park. Recently renovated, it includes on the ground floor 1 equipped kitchen (Senseo) dining room overlooking the garden, on the 1st floor a laundry room and a toilet, on the 2nd floor 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and toilet, living room, baby equipment available, 1 parking space in front. The spiral staircase is steep, difficult with large luggage.

From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

In a peaceful village of 200 inhabitants, between vineyards and Morvan, the small house offers an ideal location to visit Burgundy (28 km from Beaune, 28 km from Autun, 30 km from Chalon sur Saône, 1 hour from Dijon). Located 480 meters above sea level, the village of St Gervais sur Couches offers stunning views and is the starting point for multiple hikes or bike tours (possibility to store them in a safe place).

Ideally located about 10 minutes from the Santenay thermal baths and its Casino, half an hour from Beaune, Autun or Chalon-sur-Saône and 1 hour from Dijon. This 75 m2 house on 2 floors, completely renovated, is located close to the greenway and all amenities. Whether you are a curist, hiker or cyclist, mountaineer, with family or friends, don't hesitate to take a break at Nolaytoît.

All shops are a 10-minute walk away.
