Enjoy fishing from your private dock. We highly recommend taking the bikes for a cruise on the Legacy Biking Trail located steps from the house.

This tropical waterfront cottage is the perfect location for your beach getaway. Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail. You can do so many fun things, or just have a drink on the dock and watch the manatees. Pet Friendly.

This is a studio first floor apartment, only 50 feet from the oversize pool and approximately 300 steps to the beach! Quick bike ride or a 20 to 25 minute walk to all of downtown Venice has to offer. About the same to Sharkeys and the fishing pier. Inside you will find all you would expect from a very nicely appointed studio. Efficiency kitchen new appliances and everything you need to prepare a simple meal. Lots of pillows super comfy brand new queen bed will ensure a restful nights sleep.

Fish right off your dock and enjoy covered Lanai with outdoor fireplace. Nokomis beach (2 miles), Venice beach (2.5 miles), Jetti beach (3 miles). Close to restaurants and historical Venice shopping. This home can sleep up to 8 people. Pets are welcome (125$ pet fee) Please be courteous noise late night.
