House vacation rentals in Nokomis

I spent a few nights at Irina’s place and loved every minute. Loved how close we were to the beach while still having restaurants and shopping nearby. The house was beautiful and comfortable the kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to cook some meals. The pool, was amazing, we spent a lot of time floating around. The house was super clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, would be back again and again!

Our stay at Ryan’s place was perfect. It felt private even though it’s in a neighborhood. The location was great for our beach and shopping trips. There are several amazing local restaurants within a few miles. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The pool was definitely a highlight — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The whole place felt peaceful and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway.

The place was beautiful. Lots of space. The pool & hot tub was great. Beaches were close. He was very responsive if needed. Easy check in & easy check out.

Everything was as described and as shown in pictures. House is very roomy. Master is on opposite side of house as other two bedrooms. Two living room areas. Pool area and patio are a nice place to sit and relax. Nokomis Beach is about 10 minuted away. Close to grocery stores, etc.

We had just one short week and would always love to come back. The large bed in one of two bedrooms lets you sleep so well, just perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped, with lots of plates/cups/everything you need. Plenty of towels, umbrella and chairs for the beach (Manasota beach by car approx 10 min). Outdoor shower even for furry friends. Pool nice, clean, just great. The nicest garden of all houses around. All thumbs up.

Absolutely loved Molly's place it really was an oasis in a beautiful setting in a very peaceful area. Molly was so friendly and made the whole process from check in to leaving just so easy. Molly was also very attentive during our stay and answered our questions promptly as well as giving great recommendations and advice about places to visit in the area. The property was just as advertised, but you had to really experience the wonderful pool in person to appreciate the amazing views across the water as well as the incredible wildlife from both the pool and the secluded sun patio. Every amenity was catered for and there were plenty of beach supplies (chairs/umbrella etc) for a day at one of the local beaches. We loved North Jetty Beach, plenty to see with the boats and persons fishing off the jetty. The property is nicely located for trips further afield to Sarasota area / Siesta Keys etc. If you are looking for your own pi ece of paradise then choose Molly's place.

This place was perfect for us. family of 4 with 2 kids age 7 and 10. They loved the pool which was bigger then it looked from the photos, was very warm and garden well maintained. really happy with stay and Carrick was quick to respond when we ask questions. asked for a later check out which Carrick was able to accommodate. Great stay would recommend.

This place was perfect for our little family and dog. We enjoyed the beach and visiting family. They had so much amenities for little kids which was great for us. The house is far above the neighborhood it seems. Don’t let the outside spook you, thjs house is beautiful inside!

Leroy’s place was perfect for our needs for our trip. The location was great for us to get to areas north and south of Venice. The price was a great value compared to other listings that were very similar. Definitely consider this place 😊

From the moment we walked in the door our family felt right at home here! The furnishings and decor are comfortable and welcoming with a kitchen that is well setup for our week long stay while cooking meals in house. Used the grill multiple times and there is a nice fire pit too. We walked to the beach multiple times (20min) and a fantastic ice cream joint bout half as far. Bonus! The garage has various beach gear that was a great including umbrellas, toys, chairs, cooler.. etc There was a review just ahead of our stay mentioned the fridge not working and when we arrived it was not.. but it was just in an error state I think from the door being left open. I unplugged it, plugged it back in, set it to turbo cool and it was fine all week. There was a slow drain in one of the tubs but not a big deal and I bet is tough to keep clear especially if people don't use the outdoor showered like the host requests. All to say, best vacation we have ever had, in parts thanks to this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house for our family gathering. Lots of beds for family members of different ages. We loved the location to Legacy Trail and good local restaurants. The screened in porch was an added bonus…loved being outside without being exposed to the sun. Highly recommend for a large family or two small families. Thanks so much!

Our stay at Greg and Bernadetta’s home in Venice, FL was exceptional. Every glowing review we read before booking turned out to be 100% accurate. The house is beautifully maintained with modern lighting, updated appliances. The layout is both stylish and functional. It was the perfect space for a relaxing vacation. One of the standout features for us was how comfortable and accessible the home was for my elderly father, who has limited mobility. The setup made it easy for him to move around safely. At the same time, the home and pool area were safe and accommodating for our 1-year-old granddaughter. She made herself right at home. Greg and Bernadetta went above and beyond as hosts. The home was stocked with many thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. They’ve put a lot of care and attention into every detail to make guests feel welcome. We can’t recommend this home highly enough, and we hope to return. Thank you, Greg and Bernadetta, for an unforgettable stay!

I enjoyed this location so much that I booked it a second time for my work trip to Nokomis, Florida! The privacy and home-like feel are exactly what I look for. Ty is an exceptional host who is incredibly responsive and caring. This spot is perfect for any trip, personal or work-related.

Perfect location for our bike trip from Venice to Sarasota, just off the bike path. House is fully stocked, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Very spacious , quiet , clean & comfortable , with everything you need provided for with the bonus of bicycles and beach chairs which super useful . Gorgeous beach , bars and restaurants near by 🙌

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house is exactly as described and it is SO spacious. It’s only 7 minutes from Manasota Key Beach and when you go, it has plenty of parking and amenities. Also, Joshua responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Jennifer was an outstanding host—hospitable, organized, and accommodating. She proactively communicated with us, reaching out with warm and friendly messages, which greatly enhanced our experience. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and every little detail contributed to making our stay enjoyable. It is located on a quiet street in the southern part of Venice Gardens, just a 10 to 12-minute drive from historic downtown Venice.

We had a great stay in Venice! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The kids loved the pool, and the location was convenient to the beach and downtown. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Venice, Florida! From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was top-notch they provided clear instructions and were always available to answer our questions. The property was incredibly family-friendly. The pool was a hit, and we appreciated the provided beach chairs, towels, for our beach outings.  The location was ideal just 10 minutes from beautiful beaches like Venice Beach, and close to parks such as Shamrock Park & Nature Center. We also enjoyed nearby attractions like the Venice Fishing Pier and Brohard Park .   Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We loved our stay! This home was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. John provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions in a book on site. Communication was seamless - responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Impressed by the attention to detail. This home is very well appointed - the kitchen has everything needed for a stay at home meal, your morning coffee or just a snack in front of the giant TV. Location was great - close to Englewood and Venice, many beaches, restaurants and shops to explore as well.

I highly recommend! The house was very cute, clean and very well stocked. The pool, patio area and pool features were fantastic. Everything was excellent and the host was very responsive and friendly. The check in and out process was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

This truly felt like home away from home. Very clean, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Our 2 dogs and toddler enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The air conditioner works great! We loved sitting out in the lanai listening to the birds. We felt very safe here and Tom was very responsive. 🥰
