Charming single-storey house located in the typical village of Le Vieil. You'll love the peace and quiet of the house and the 5-minute walk (400 m) to the pretty beaches of Mardi Gras and Le Vieil. The village centre and its shops are just a 3-minute walk away: supermarket with bakery, tobacconist's and newsagent's, restaurant, bar, Saturday market (from 8 July to 26 August). The centre of Noirmoutier can be reached in 8 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by bus (free service in summer).

One ground floor bedroom with double bed (160 × 200) and a wooden baby crib. ATTIC mezzanine bedroom (NO STANDING for those over 150 cm at the highest). There are two beds: A pull-out bed in single bed 90 x 200 and double bed position 180 x 200 One double bed 160 x 200 PLEASE NOTE: extra linens and towels!

Small single-storey house at the bottom of a garden composed of a living/dining room/bright kitchen and a bedroom with dressing room, a shower room and a small fenced garden area that can accommodate a family, and animals. Everything has been refurbished for optimal comfort and rest. The accommodation is located 50 m from the beach, close to all amenities (bar, restaurant, supermarket, tobacco, press, etc.), and a few meters from the fishing port and marina of L'Herbaudiere.

Come and recharge your batteries in Noirmoutier, in this natural setting, beach and salt marshes, dotted with many bike paths. Linens are optional and not available on a short stay.

The Feu Follet studio is located on the first floor in a very quiet private residence. You have at your disposal a balcony as well as a private terrace without vis-à-vis on the ground floor of 20 m² which, at nightfall, will offer you a touch of romance by lighting up. Very well located, you can forget about your vehicle and make your trips on foot or by bike. The ocean is 300 m away. The beach, port and its shops as well as bike paths are 700 m away.

The house also features 3 bathrooms as well as 3 tele-work places with garden views. Enjoy a beach house 'Noirmoutier-style', furnished with an eye for detail, 2023 building comfort and many retreats.

Small single-storey house, bright, well laid out, with tasteful decor, all comforts. Located in the center of Vieil à Noirmoutier, 130 meters from the beach and 80 meters from shops (supermarket, restaurant, café, tobacco press). We do not provide sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, the wood stove is not included in the rental, do not use it, very efficient electric radiators with fluid inertia. Ideal house for 4 people.

Bed and breakfast, independent of the main house, with a small courtyard (pedestal table, chair, deckchair), just 300 m from the beach and the Bois des Eloux, comprising a room with a 160 bed, TV, a kitchenette with 2-ring stove, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, shower room, toilet. Two bikes available. Small pets accepted possibility, a child on an extra mattress €10 extra on arrival.
