Very good stay at Fériel's place, it has everything you need to have a good vacation. The garden is peaceful and shaded with shaded corners. The bedding is excellent, we slept very well. The host is very welcoming and cheerful. There were 7 of us and everyone had their own space. We recommend this listing!

We had a very pleasant stay at this house that really has everything you need like at home. The 3 bikes available are nice to get around the city and pick up the Velocéan nearby. The house is very clean and spacious.

We had the chance to have a nice stay, close to the sea. Well equipped and comfortable house, especially with the wood burner for winter evenings:-). And we were able to discover Saint Brevin and some surprises of Saint Nazaire (L 'Espadon...)

We had a great time in François's very nice house who makes a lot of things available to his guests, it's a real plus. The garden is very beautiful this season. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach and bike paths for visiting the island. We'll be happy to go back.

Very nice stay but too short in Lucie's house! The situation and the quality of the accommodation is as advertised and described. Village center and beach about a ten minute walk. We had a lovely week! This is an apartment but direct access via the exterior staircase makes us think it's a house. The area is lovely. As a result, even in rainy weather, if you decide to read or play cards, you don't feel cramped. Interior design and cleanliness are very much appreciated. Compared to our usual way of enjoying X de Vie on foot, the accommodation is perfectly located between the pedestrian street and Boisvinet beach. Communication by message or with the concierge is quick. In short, as we are used to renting in the neighborhood, the family was unanimous, this is where we want to come back. 🙂

We had a great stay. Accommodation is well located in the countryside with a large garden. Close to supermarkets, bakery and the sea 30 minutes away. The house is very well equipped.
