This place was great, with many recent updates. We would definitely book this house again if in the area.

I’ve stayed in Rita’s places a couple different times for extended periods and would highly recommend it. The room is clean, private, and comfortable and Rita along with the property caretaker Joe are extremely friendly and very responsive.

We stayed over the Christmas holiday to visit family. Great place that was perfect for our stay and really close to family. It is within walking distance to the Noblesville square which is an awesome experience. Looked newly renovated with modern and tastefully decorated. We will certainly book this property again for future visits to the area.

What a unique home in a peaceful location, complete with a sweet and friendly cat host! We appreciated the fun deco, the comfortable atmosphere and the beautiful views of the river out of the big picture windows. Lots of special touches from Krista (snacks, flowers, themed deco) and she was proactive and responsive to communication. Highly recommend! We would love to stay in a warmer month to make use of the kayaks next time too!
