Very close to Lake Lake Lake, the medieval town of Duderstadt and the university town of Göttingen is located in the middle of the Eichsfeld, the small town of Lake Constance. From here you can explore the surroundings by foot or by bicycle as part of smaller and larger bicycle tours. The Harz National Park with Northern Germany's highest mountain, the Brocken, is suitable for hiking.

The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Our renovated approx. 45 sqm basement apartment is located in a quiet detached house in Weende-Nord with parking in front of the house. The apartment is about 5 km from the centre. The city bus stops outside our door. The clinic and the university are easily accessible. A longer rental period is possible.
