we had a wonderful stay at this little appartment. the quiet, beautiful location may have been our favourite part. the appartment was very clean and had everything we needed. highly recommend!

This Airbnb was great! It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, and it had modern appliances. Milica was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to old town Kotor (Milica told us about a shortcut to get there). The shortcut didn't appear on Google maps, so if you're gauging your walking distance into town based on Google maps, you don't have to worry about it taking as long due to the shortcut. Having a great view of Kotor Bay from the large balcony was really nice.

We highly recommend this spacious and beautifully located home. The view was amazing and we walked to old town on a lovely path every day. It took us about thirty enjoyable minutes. There were several restaurants so close by on the waterfront. We are ate at two of them and in old town another night. Sako was so nice and was so quick to reply to amy questions. We used the washer and dryer, right outside our door. There were adequate supplies of soap, shampoo, coffee and linens. It was a superb experience staying at Sako’s home. Thank you, Sako.

Great place to stay - we really enjoyed the view and balcony. There are quite a few steps up to the apartment. Parking is just on the road side and can be tricky. Great location - short walk into the old town and restaurants very close by.

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. We had everything we needed in the flat and all restaurants are nearby. Slobodan was really helpful and responsive. Check in and checkout were straightforward. I can recommend to stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at Ana’s apartment in Mlini! Everything was spotless and very well organized, and the view of the water from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Ana was incredibly kind and always responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend staying here!

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect spot for our family holiday. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Ana was a wonderful host and was able to give us recommendations when we found out that there was a bank holiday during our stay. We would love to return in the future.

We had a fantastic stay in Podi The Villa is as described in the main with lots of facilities and equipment. Pool area lovely and clean Aleks was super helpful and provided lots of tips on where to go and visit, restaurants etc. Couple of minor points worth mentioning - only the top two bedrooms have air conditioning- the lounge dies too. The upper bedrooms have fans Also the local beach is not a few minutes walk away, rather down very windy roads and steep inclines. About a 7 minute drive yes. Otherwise the hosts were fantastic as me we very much enjoyed our stay at Podi

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We arrived as a family with 4 children. We had a great time. The children ran between the pool, the billiards and the mini golf. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. We had a great time!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

We had such a lovely stay with Aleksandra in Montenegro! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained and came with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The swimming pool was definitely a standout feature and quickly became everyone's favourite hangout spot. On our first day, Aleksandra greeted us with drinks, which was such a kind gesture and made us feel instantly at home after a long and tiring journey. Aleksandra was also incredibly helpful in arranging a rental car for us during our stay, which made things much easier as we were a larger group. The house itself was really spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it super easy for us to prepare our own meals. One of the absolute highlights was the balcony , the view was stunning and we spent our evenings just sitting out there. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we are really grateful for Aleksandra’s warm hospitality.

This apartment was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning! My entire group agreed that it was our favorite view from any place we've ever stayed. Some little things I really appreciated: there was a shelf unit near the door to store the random bags that we use daily, and an area upstairs dedicated to getting ready where there was enough room to store suitcases. It was also very helpful to have two full bathrooms. The host, Dusanka, was always helpful and responded quickly. Kotor is close by and easy to get to if the traffic isn't bad. It's worth noting that the traffic in front of the building is very fast by anyone's standards. If you have small children, take extra care. It wouldn't keep me from staying here again, though! I didn’t want to leave, and I would highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at this Airbnb in Kotor Old Town! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the historic center, just steps away from charming cafes, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Despite being so central, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable, giving us the best of both worlds. Communication with our host was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and gave us great local tips that helped make our short stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and everything was exactly as described. The space itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a lot of character that fit perfectly with the old town vibe. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor — you really can’t beat the location and the hospitality!

One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. If you are going to Kotor then this is the place to stay. Petar is a fantastic host and his apartment has everything you need for an amazing restful stay. The view from the balcony is one in a million. We will definitely be back to swim in the crystal clear water just feet from the apartment. Top Tip. Eat at least once in Moments restaurant on the road towards Kotor about half an hours stroll away. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Petar.

Located right in the heart of the very central old town, this place made us feel like a home. It had a clean and beautiful ambiance. We wanted to take the house and go to Istanbul, and it was very nice that they also took care of the😂😂 tourist tax and we did not have to deal with it.

Ivana was great, warm host. Apartment was best ever seen. Good location, easy to walk or drive anywhere.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘
