This apartment is located in a charming village Njivice in a beautiful Boka bay, only few kilometres from town of Herceg Novi. It takes a couple of minutes drive or boat ride to reach town center with all the shops, cozy cafes, restaurants and a long promenade by the beach. Two inernational airports are both located only 25 km away ( Dubrovnik in Croatia, and Tivat in Montenegro). UNESCO sites ( Kotor old town, Perast and the islands, as well as Dubrovnik) can be reached by car less then an hour

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a little challenge but we promise it is worth it!

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
