Villa vacation rentals in Njivice

This place is amazing and perfect for 4 couple. Jakovs attention to detail was amazing. It has a beautiful view. There are about 6 switchback s to get to the villa. It has been constructed with the power lines underground and it appears to be the only villa in the area plus the one his sister owns next door that is set up that way. This means that ahead of you there are unrestricted views. Although walking around the top of the hill is beautiful - it is a trek to get from downtown and you need a car. As long as you plan ahead all is great. As we basically cooked most evening this was great. The outside grill area in the back is great for 8 people as is the inside and outside dining. The King beds were great and the balconies for the 2 upstairs bedrooms were great. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning. Kakov also provided a fruit basket, some wine etc as a welcome gift. First Class.

We had a great time in the villa!

We spent 10 days at Villa Allegra together as a group of 5. It‘s a beautiful house in the heart of Krk. The beach and bigger cities are very close. We can recommend it very much.

Had a wonderful time together with our 4 children. Swimming pool was very nice and everything was present and in good condition.

The apartment and the view are simply stunning. Nice and quiet and private. Great. Only the last few meters cannot be done with every car ;)

Great place to stay for 2 families.

Our stay at Villa Ana was just perfect! The villa is beautifully located and very well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the large pool, the well-kept garden and the quiet surroundings – ideal for recreation and relaxation. The facilities leave nothing to be desired: modern kitchen, comfortable beds and a great outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities. Communication with the hosts was also super friendly, warm and uncomplicated – you can tell that they really care about the well-being of the guests. The location is perfect for excursions in the area – whether to the beach, to Pula or to the picturesque towns in Istria. We enjoyed every moment and can recommend Villa Ana without reservation. Liudmila's place is charming and furnished with a lot of love. The best part is the absolute privacy and the proximity to the beach. Top restaurants are also within walking distance. Check-in is very flexible and we were also able to meet Liudmila in person, the perfect host, she is also always available and open to questions. The house with a pool and hot tub is just perfect for anyone who wants to unwind. We will definitely be back!

Damir is an absolute great Host and Person. He replies very fast on any Questions. The House had all we needed. We stayed with 7 Persons and the Space is absolute amazing. We stayed 5 Days and didnt left the villa because it has everything u need. We can say for sure it was one of the best Holidays we ever had. Thank you for everything

Super host, clean place to stay in clean space. Were 3 couples, all enough space in living room and terrace. Both rooms on the 1st floor a bit too little storage space. We will be happy to come back.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Our stay at Villa Domijan was fantastically beautiful! We felt incredibly comfortable. The view, the comfortable sun loungers, beds, large open bright rooms were pure luxury. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We would come back any time!

Jelena and Ivo were wonderful hosts. They were welcoming on arrival and flexible with times. Jelena was very responsive, and gave us great local recommendations for restaurants and walking! The villa is gorgeous, we loved the sauna and the pools and the beautiful surroundings and views. The kitchen is fully equipped. We would love to come again. Thank you so much Jelena and Ivo!

Fantastic house in a great, peaceful location. It was spotless, and had plenty of space for 6 of us and it has a lot of character with the stone work. And the host was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful. Rarely seen such a magnificent house. The decor, as well as the surroundings, looked like the pictures. We had no neighbors and the street was not very busy. In addition, the hostess was a totally friendly lady who kindly gave us a little tour. We'd love to come back.

Very nice stylishly furnished semi-detached house. We loved the pool and used the great outdoor kitchen (barbecue) almost every night. Many thoughtful touches such as the outdoor fans against mosquitoes and heat, the ice maker, etc., delighted us. Highly recommended for a "chill vacation".

The house is very nice with a great outdoor kitchen and a well-kept garden. It is well equipped and you have a fantastic view of Krk & Cres. The hosts Yvette, Barbara and Tony do a great job, are easy to reach and take care of their guests. The immediate neighborhood takes some getting used to but as soon as you enter the property with the villa, this is forgotten. I recommend it and would book it again on my own.
