House vacation rentals in Njivice

We very much enjoyed staying at Marko's place. The place is extremely well kept and very friendly and responsive agent and host. We will certainly return in future.

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! Tatjana and Rene were exceptional hosts! They welcomed me and my friends in a sociable, helpful and very friendly way. Rene was very well organized, among all the amenities, the necessary numbers and the freedom he gave us, we felt welcomed and respected! It was a really nice vacation and we hope to be able to return in the future!

A little gem on the coast near Senj, with fantastic views of the island of KrK. We spent wonderful warm autumn days with the family (6 adults) in the great house with the two separate units, everything inside and outside was great! Ivan picked us up on the coastal road at check-in, was always available the entire time & really a superhost. We will be happy to come back!

Place is nice and clean, it is close to the beach and is a great place to take beautiful walls to Njivice Center. It was a bit small place for us, with a baby, but a terrace saved us :).

Very nice villa with large rooms and great amenities. We enjoyed the huge terrace and the heated swimming pool. It is also well located for excursions to Risnjak National Park.

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for an unforgettable stay in Croatia!

Barbara was a wonderful host, always very helpful and gave us great tips. There were also delicious things from her own garden for us to taste. The location was fantastically quiet, the garden wonderfully maintained and the pool magnificent! Thanks for a special vacation!! ☺️

Excellent view! Sometimes the name does not deliver what it promises - but wow, the name "the view" is absolutely fitting. Breathtaking sunsets. The check-in was personal and easy, Margaretas mother-in-law is lovely. The beach, some restaurants and little shops are in short walking distance. Private parking space directly in front of the apartment. Overall a great experience.

We spent a short family vacation on this beautiful island, from our accommodation in a very quiet area, where peace and silence regenerate you, you can still reach by car and in a short time the many beaches and cities of krk. Accommodation equipped with every comfort with impeccable cleanliness. We really liked it. Our host was always very kind to provide us with all the necessary directions.

Despite delays due to massive traffic jams, we were warmly welcomed😊. Immediately everything was explained to us with great pleasure and we were shown the entire accommodation. We even received a welcome gift, which made us very happy after what felt like an eternal journey. I highly recommend the place, anyone looking for a quiet place to stay but still close to the city must take a detour here. We had a very lovely time in the accommodation as well as in Malinska. Port, Restaurants and a small local Beach within walking distance. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable and had a nice terasse in the garden outside. It was very comfy & well air conditioned. Communication was very fast, nice and helpful with the host. We liked the house very much and it corresponded exactly to the description. The location was particularly great (remote and yet you can quickly get to the city center and the sea) and of course the hot tub and sauna. A baby cot and a high chair were provided for our baby and a safety gate was also installed on the stairs and a baby swing was also available, which was really great. We'll be back :)

Very cosy and comfortable house near to everything. Super friendly host and easy communication. We enjoyed the space (living room inside, upper terrace with view and lower terrace with shadow and usable while raining). The outdoor shower was our favourite! The air condition worked perfekt keeping all inside doors open. We can recommend the restaurant around the corner: Kanobo Feral for excellent food. Best pizza (wood oven) in town: Pizzeria Grabrova (Cash only). Good family restaurant with wide choice: Da Nino. Both at the end of the promenade (north). We will come again!

We had Villa Jelena at the end of May 2025 and did not regret the booking. In short: Sabina is a dream of hostess, a very nice person and we quickly took her to heart because she was always approachable and helpful - without being intrusive. The place itself was picobello clean, nothing was missing and we immediately felt comfortable and "at home". The garden property with many olive trees, the diverse seating/resting areas and the wonderful pool ensures the perfect holiday feeling. Thank you Sabina, we will be back.

We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕
