Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Njivice

The stay at Dragana's was very nice. She and her husband are great, very friendly hosts. Your apartment is quite small, but you have everything you need. The view from the terrace is very nice, as well as the path to the sea behind the house. The surroundings are also beautiful and the promenade is very close by. The airport is nearby, but we only heard one fly on our walk. It may be because we were visiting outside the session. We definitely enjoyed it there.

You arrive and immediately feel at home. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very peculiar flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ask for. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best I've ever booked. This is such a place you never want to leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in 10 minutes in Grikvenica on the house beach where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and did a lot of explorations and it was beautiful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The house and garden are really well maintained and even nicer than in the pictures. The kitchen is as well equipped as you could wish for. The hosts are fantastic too ~ such nice people with tips and advice regarding beaches, restaurants etc. but never intrusive. We had a really lovely stay ~ I particularly loved relaxing in their wonderful garden in the evenings. Highly, highly recommended house and simply wonderful hosts

The welcome was extremely pleasant and cordial. The accommodation was exceptional, very clean and pleasant to stay in. The host hosted us nicely and suggested locations/restaurants to visit. This is a place we will definitely return to. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful cozy home. Not very large but quite pleasant. The host is very friendly and always looking for a solution. The bathroom and bedroom are not huge, you should keep this in mind when booking the accommodation. If that doesn't bother you, the place is perfect. The beach can be reached via stairs, for older people this can be exhausting. The beach is a little secret for that. On the one hand, there is a gravel beach a bit further away with loungers. Via the nearby stairs you can reach the sea access, there are concrete surfaces and a shower. This is a bit rustic at first glance, but has charm. There were few local people in Baden. Overall, you can say that if you are looking for a quiet holiday village, this is the place for you.

Absolutely recommend this place! We are family with two kids (3 and 1) and we took with us also grandma (she managed just fine with stairs). Apartment doesn’t look very spacious on the photos but we felt comfortable even whith crib and baby chair. I was cooking every day. I didn’t miss any kitchenware, everything was there. Even some cooking basics (flour/oil/salt/spices atc.) and dolce gusto capsules! Every morning we were welcomed with beautiful sunrise and I was cooking dinner looking for stunning sunrise. Walking distance from the sea was practical as we went every day back from beach for lunch and afternoon sleep. Overal, we felt comfotable, welcomed (Slavica and her husbend are sweet elderly couple living downstairs) and relaxed. Thanks Iness, Nenad and Slavica for great holiday!

The apartment is exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything was very clean. The views from the terrace are incredible. Vesna welcomed us and helped us bring the luggage into the apartment. However, you should be able to climb stairs well, because the path from the apartment to the parking lot from the car has about 90 steps. Thank you for the great time🙂

The stay could not have been better, the combination of the beautiful surroundings, the beautiful weather and the beautiful location offered by Sanja and her husband exceeded all expectations. A very attentive host who offers a beautiful home that is really equipped with all comforts. This was like coming home to your holiday address.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Small and nice room with bathroom, very close to the center of Abbazia, in a great location and equipped with everything. Very kind hosts also to indicate where to leave the car. Perfect, to remember!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
