From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

Idyllically quiet apartment in the Laabertal on the edge of the forest and yet only a 15-minute drive from the world heritage city of Regensburg (also very good bus and train connections available). Great hiking and cycling trails (e.g. Alpine and Jurasteig) directly from the front door. In addition, Nittendorf offers a good supply of everyday necessities. Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

My family and I had a lovely weekend in Karl's apartment. Each room had its own bathroom and was cozy; the view was really great on both sides of the house (on the castle or the garden). The living & dining room was great for game nights and the kitchen was very well equipped. Karl personally welcomed us and was helpful and always available. The location is good - very quiet, yet you can quickly get to the highway. Tip: We highly recommend the cakes from the pastry shop directly below!

Martina and Ludwig's apartment was a wonderful home for our getaway. The apartment was totally clean, well appointed, and very kid-friendly. We were especially pleased with the small garden and terrace with sunset:) The location and proximity to the train station was also great for excursions in the area. Martina and Ludwig were very kind and helpful - would come back anytime!

The apartment is spacious, bright and very well maintained – a place where you would like to stay longer. Even though we were only there for a short time, we noticed how much peace and quiet this place offers. The location is wonderfully quiet, perfect for switching off. We would like to highlight the hosts – warm and very helpful. Check-in as well as communication was hassle-free. A clear recommendation, we'd come back anytime!

Nice apartment, not far from Regensburg. Great for cyclists because you can take beautiful tours from here. Only a lockable edge parking space was missing for us personally, even if the location there is very quiet and the risk is low that someone steals the bike, so the first look in the morning out of the window is to the bike. Otherwise, the apartment was as described in the photos, the kitchen was well equipped, a second small pot would have been nice for cooking eggs or preparing sauce. We felt very comfortable and would definitely book again if we were drawn to the area again.
