Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ninh Xuân

I cannot say enough good things about Do Anh's place! Our night bus arrived at 3am, and the host left the key in our bedroom door so we would be able to arrive and get some sleep before checking in, in the morning. Do Anh's co-host even sent a video with extremely clear instructions on how to find our room! The host was extremely responsive and gave amazing recommendations any time we had a question. The free breakfast each morning was a lovely touch - very tasty and great selection. Would 100% stay at Do Anh's accomodation again. Thank you Do Anh!

The Villa was amazing, even better than it photos! Also, the staffs were amazing, they were always available for us during the trip. Great experience and a great place, I would go again anytime and recommend to everybody!

Yen was an amazing host during our stay in Ninh Binh. The room offered a beautiful view of the limestone karsts, which made for a peaceful and scenic environment. The Airbnb is located in Trang An, a peaceful area that's close to popular spots like Hang Mua Cave and the Trang An Boat Tour, making it a perfect base for exploring the region. Yen also provided a flyer with recommended activities in Ninh Binh, which was incredibly helpful! Before we left for our sleeper bus to Sapa, Yen thoughtfully gave us snacks for the journey, adding a personal touch to our stay. We highly recommend staying here—100%!

The accommodation is exceptional - the hosts cannot do enough to ensure you have a happy stay from providing information and recommendations, bikes to explore, extended check out, looked after luggage and provided shower facilities for later onward journeys - the breakfast is awesome and our son absolutely loved the pool. Cannot recommend this enough and wish our stay was longer. If you’re looking for accommodation near to Tam Coc, Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh and Trang A then this place is ideal and you won’t be disappointment. Trang An is better than Tam Coc for boat ride

Staying at this Airbnb was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home. The host and her family were incredibly kind and caring, always checking in on us, helping with our itinerary, and even booking our bus from Ninh Binh to Sapa and Grab rides when needed. The place was super clean, cozy, and homey, with a great heater and a perfect location near the main street—walking around was such a joy! They also offered bike and motorcycle rentals, which made exploring even easier. A wonderful bonus was the free breakfast, which felt homemade and comforting. They even provided laundry services, making our stay extra convenient. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like family. We’re beyond grateful for this experience and will highly recommend it to friends. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Wir konnten etwas früher in unser Zimmer einchecken, im Zimmer war alles super, schön groß! Die Lage war perfekt mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung, aber trotzdem ruhig. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit dem Toller gut erreichbar (Roller konnte man im Airbnb mieten für 150.000 / Tag). Hat uns gut gefallen!

Super environnement, la nature est incroyable et les hôtes sont chaleureux et toujours à l’écoute. C’est un endroit qui en vaut la peine si on aime la nature, les animaux et se balader. Les alentours valent la peine d’être visiter et de surtout s’y perdre en scooter (pas cher et le meilleur paysage) !!! Je recommande!

Lưu trú với Minh là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời nhất trong chuyến đi của gia đình tôi. Khu nghỉ nằm trong xóm nhỏ yên bình, mang nét đặc trưng rất riêng biệt của miền quê đồng bằng bắc bộ. Sự tiếp đón nhiệt tình thân thiện cùa gia đình Minh là điều tuyệt vời nhất ở đây, Minh hiểu biết và kiến thức sâu rộng về du lịch địa phương cũng như cho chúng tôi những thông tin bổ ích về văn hoá vùng miền. Vợ anh ấy là một đầu bếp tuyệt vời với những món ăn thuần Việt tươi ngon và đậm vị. Love the place in the country side. Close to all the attractions and downtown. You can rent motorbike or bicycle from the airbnb. The airbnb food is ok. They adjusted it to better fit westerners taste buds. You can easily bike to downtown to get more food. Love the staff!! They are super friendly and helpful. They can help you with anything you might need
