Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. We are located in North West Spokane, 10 minutes to Whitworth College, 15 minutes to downtown Spokane & 1 hour to Silverwood. We have 3 bedrooms available, plus an air bed if needed. Also your own 1/2 bath & 3/4 bath with a large sauna. There is a large 70 inch TV with cable, Ping pong table for some extra fun! Board games in the TV cabinet. Plenty of parking available. *This space requires the renter to go up/down a flight of stairs* PLEASE book for the correct number of guests!!

Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)
