Nice place. The bathrooms, sauna and garden extension/conservatory overlooking meadow with horses jumped out. Lots of seating in the areas, and large table for a board game. Attention: the double rooms have 2x single beds. The shared, large room (6p) is the only one with a double bed. The highway right next to the property could be heard (I didn't find it extremely disturbing, but maybe others)

We were looking for a place that would be suitable to bring a baby and activities that are close by. Mission accomplished! The stay was equipped with all the comforts. Modern, tidy and we have been extensively provided with information from the house and the surrounding area by the host. Shops and supermarkets sometimes within 100 meters away. The only downside to the surrounding area is that on Sundays, almost everything is closed. Definitely worth repeating.

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

Our family had a great time at Muiden. It’s a very nice house, spacious for families with amenities that you need. The area is very beautiful and quiet. It’s about 20 minutes drive into the central Amsterdam. With a parking space. P.S: we didn’t find a microwave but who needs it if you can get fresh food daily from a market 5’ away?

The accommodation was very well equipped, especially the toys and the trampoline our daughter enjoyed very much. With 1-2 young children, Kiry's house is really ideal. The house is well furnished, we immediately felt comfortable.

We had a wonderful holiday cycling, boating and relaxing. The house is in a fantastic location and very private. Rik, the host, provided us with lots of restaurant recommendations and organized the hire of a boat for our two weeks. Communication was easy and excellent and the whole process was without drama. If you have not tried a holiday in the Netherlands (as we hadn’t) and you like fresh water swimming, great restaurants and drinks on a terrace watching the wildlife then this good be the place for you. We were with friends on site Judith as well as the host on site were very helpful friendly and nice, good communication. The house was beautiful and kept what it promised. At that time, it was like with us when we booked in January very good to have the fireplace & heating pool:-) Thank you very much.

We had a fantastic stay at Joëlle’s house! We travelled with two children aged 6 and 2 who loved the play gym, trampoline and sand pit with digger! It really felt like a home away from home with kids as it had all the amenities you need: high chairs, kids crockery, toys etc. The house is stunning, so much so that people passing by stopped to ask us about it. You can swim in the river in front which our 6 year old loved. Joëlle was very responsive and checked in to see how we were. The location is really beautiful and quiet. We used the bikes with the house so didn’t need a car but it did mean we had to time buses and trains very carefully as the bus to the house is only every hour. I think if you want proper freedom then get a car but it’s not mandatory as you can travel in to Amsterdam/Utrecht in 1h/1.5hrs, which we did a few times. Weesp is great and has nice restaurants and you can hire a boat nearby which is worth it! We would love to go back again!

We had a great time at Cecile’s home for our family’s first vacation to the Netherlands. Both the home and the town of Loenen aan de Vecht are beautiful. From the moment of booking to checking out Cecile was responsive, helpful, and friendly. She was also flexible and allowed us an early check in. We were celebrating one of my children’s birthday while visiting & she purchased a cake for us to have ready for our arrival as well as some treats - even had fresh eggs, cheese, and milk waiting for us. The house was clean and well organized with many amenities. The “house manual” provided had useful info about the house as well as great resources and recommendations for the town. We enjoyed biking around the village and visiting the bakery and several restaurants all within walking distance. Getting to and from Amsterdam and surrounding towns was quick and easy- Cecile also gave driver recommendations which was a very helpful resource. Great house/host! Hope to visit again!

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

We felt very comfortable. The place is very cozy and the large table is just great for large groups (food, game night). The location of the place is perfect. Everything in Zwolle is within walking distance.

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

Great host and very nice place in a peaceful area.

Hallo, we were really very happy with the place and the hostess. The house was beautifully situated on the river and had plenty of space. However, the doors in the upper rooms had some play and no seals, which is why they have been slammed again and again. Other than that, the kitchen and entire house amenities were outstanding. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. She even came by again when we arrived and brought extra linen if we needed another one.

Good, clear and friendly communication. They were not there to check up on checking in/out, but they were trusting us leaving the place as intended. There is a lot of outer space and a nice hot tub. We were able to take wood from the stash and just pay for what we used. We were with a group of 12 (10 adults + 2 kids), there was plenty space inside, a nice long table en enough kitchen amenities to cook.

We loved the stay at Ank's wonderful house and beautiful quiet garden!

Beautiful canal house in a superb setting, ideally located in the park (grocery store, restaurant, swimming pool 100m away). Modern and spacious house for 8 people, with all amenities. The house is also perfectly located: a 15-minute walk through the woods to reach the Parc de la Haute Veluwe, a 30-minute drive from Apeldoorn and Het Loo Castle. Thanks to Hubb who was very responsive and made our stay easier. We'll be happy to go back! Stéphane
