We had a very nice weekend at Frank's place. In good weather - if you can sit outside - this place is perfect. Amsterdam and Utrecht are easily and quickly accessible. The surroundings around the property are also very welcoming.

Our stay was a pleasant stay. We were with 4 adults. Ideal because there were 2 floors with 2 bathrooms etc. All amenities were provided. Coffee, tea, spa in the fridge Etc. Pleasant beds. Very neat bathrooms. And then the breakfast. We can only say one thing about it. Most hotels can learn from this. Just a lot of fresh and tasty. In short, a very strong recommendation as far as we are concerned. Maybe we'll come back

It all worked out wonderfully. The host always responded immediately. It is a very nice chalet with great views of a pond. We would love to book the place again and again.

We stayed with you for an extended weekend. We are very excited about your great cottage! We felt very comfortable, everything so lovingly and harmoniously furnished. The kids loved it too! Especially from the children's rooms, of course. The closet bed was the highlight for the children. Even my youngest daughter had a lot of fun with the cats and mice that were in the children's room. The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was Pentecost weekend and I've never seen so many dogs. All on a leash and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes walk you are in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also go off the leash. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq , is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. how can we not start without talking about Erik... someone who is attentive to these tenants. Before, during and after the reservation, he is always available and attentive: thank you! The accommodation is ideally located in Volendam and fully equipped. We had a great week with our dachshund... dog friendly Erik 😉

A week of relaxation among the bustle of the birds. In rainy weather, there is plenty of space inside and in nice weather a very pleasant garden to sit in. Nearby, there is plenty to do, shops are close. Everything is available to cook for yourself. Baking pizza in the pizza oven was also fun to do. Definitely recommended. We felt comfortable.

Great place and great hosts. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. The accommodation was accessible by boat and we could go shopping by boat. It was a real adventure. The accommodation and the pool were clean. Everything worked out for us ☀️

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is located in a beautiful, quiet place on the edge of a beautifully maintained park. There is a beautiful, green garden at the cottage. The dog can run freely in the fenced garden and you can sit nicely sheltered in the garden. It's lovely and quiet! The cottage is cozy and there is plenty of food and drink ready. We have never experienced this before. Even for the dog there were gifts! We have completely relaxed and have had lovely walks in the forest. You can walk into the woods, next to the cottage. Actually, we never go to the same place more than once, but here we consider it. Thank you Alan and Karin.

We felt right at home in Joke's chalet and spent a nice long weekend there. The children enjoyed the fish pond and we were able to enjoy the tranquility on the terrace. The house is equipped with everything necessary and we lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back.

Had a nice time in the cozy forest cottage. Wonderfully quiet, great beds, plenty of towels and everything worked properly. Made a lot of use of the oven! Unfortunately, no squirrels seen... the peanuts were gone. Would it have been pigeons? Glad we could check out a little later. Thanks for that!

The small cottage is surrounded by trees for itself. There are neighbors, but you are completely on your own. You can hear the birds chirping, the trees rustling. You can sit outside, read, relax. If you like, you can barbecue or grab the bikes and go. We didn't miss anything. We spent relaxed days and felt comfortable. Thank you so much for the chocolate dear Roderick and dear Marleen :)

The cabin was incredibly peaceful, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape the city for a relaxing weekend. It’s an ideal spot for reading a book and enjoying walks in the surrounding area. If you don’t have a bike or a car, be sure to pack some groceries before arriving, as the closest supermarket is a 30-minute walk away. The projector and record player added a nice touch to the experience.

The house is awesome! I've never found a house so tidy and clean. Partially renovated and even nicer than the pictures. The bathroom is completely new and mega beautiful. Super cozily furnished. There's nothing missing. This is not just a house, it's a dream!

We were in Rose's amazing cottage for our first wedding anniversary for a few days. Rose had made a rose and a card very thoughtful for us, which immediately made for a nice welcome! We had wonderful days by the fireplace, enjoyed the area with our dogs and the sunrise from the dike is fantastic!

For me personally, the most beautiful holiday home I was allowed to stay in.

We had a great 2 night stay at Miranda’s cottage. Miranda was easy to reach, check-in was flexible and easy. The kitchen had salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea etc to get started, we loved this. You can walk to the local village, supermarket and restaurants. And the area is very green, beautiful and quiet. We look forward to come back again

This is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful and calm surroundings, the house has everything you can wish for. From a fully equipped kitchen, to good beds and a fireplace. The house is easily located and is nearby places worthwhile to visit, like forests, wildlife observability and the Royal Palace. We can definitely recommend a stay here.
