Vacation rentals in Niedermauern

We visited Alexandra's villa in February. We fell in love right away. The view is an absolute dream, just like in the pictures. Basically, it is simply a dream house with an extensively equipped kitchen and attention to detail. Communication with Alexandra is very accommodating, friendly and quick. There are some rules to follow in the house , which are sent by Alexandra in advance. You really should not forget that this is a very high quality property, which is why we have respected each of the rules. Our highlight was definitely the view, the thoughtful and high quality house itself and the sauna. We were more than satisfied with it and felt right at home. We thank Alexandra for her incredible hospitality and look forward to next time. Because the fact is, we'll be back ❤️

We had a great time at Adam's place! It was lovely with everything we needed and Adam was an amazingly helpful host with lots of suggestions and advice for us. One note is that the home does not have Wifi but sounds like that might happen in the future. The flat was right in the middle of town and we could see the lake, the mountains on both sides, etc - it was beautiful. We'd love to go back!

It is a spacy apartment with all facilities you may need for a great stay. It was extremely clean even though the furniture is classic. The communication with Ute was excellent. Very reactive and extremely good tips making our stay the best possible way. The one thing that could be improved is the comfort of the bed which was not the best (old), but not a reason to give less than 5 stars for the host, the accommodation and its location. We would recommend this place for anybody that like to enjoy Cortina or for the splendid hikes in the area.

We had a great weekend at Nicole's and were able to relax superbly. The apartment is nicely decorated and very clean. In addition, Nicole was super likeable, helpful and very accessible. A small note, however, is that the pool was not yet usable, although it should have been usable according to the description. Nevertheless, we were able to enjoy our vacation very much, thanks for that Nicole!

The place was really perfect for us as a family with older children as well as dogs. It is very quiet and yet central to reach a park or Lake Chiemsee on foot. Gstadt is a beautiful place with lots of opportunities to eat and relax and the opportunity to use various sports activities. And you are back to the apartment within 5 minutes, which offers a fantastic view of the lake.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

We were very happy to stay in Gabriele's airbnb place in Sankt Johann - it was walking distance from the town and close to many attractions of the area. On our last evening we walked up to Tannweg to the Gasthof on the mountain behind us - wonderful views and super place to be staying. My 8 year old son spent a lot of time in the pool behind our apartment and we all enjoyed the peaceful location a great deal. Thanks very much!

We loved everything about this home. It was very easy to get to and Dr. Brigitte was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment itself was very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains. There was a grocery store just around the corner. There were also multiple bus stops just outside the house that took us everywhere we wanted to go and was super easy to use. One of our favorite things was the heated floor in the bathroom, which feels luxurious in the winter.

Fantastic surroundings and views. From the balcony you could see the whole valley. The apartment was superbly equipped and clean. The kitchen had everything needed. A folder with information about the place helped further. The forest begins right behind the house. We were more than satisfied with our vacation at Oliver's. We'd love to come back soon
